So I just recently logged back into siege to play with friends thought it would be a good time to pick it up and play ranked. Well I was wrong my level used to be a 74 with all the old rank charms and cosmetics I had over a couple of seasons on my xbox. I tried loading it up on my ps5 lost all my rank and operators plus renown and couple of skins I bought. Tried reloading it up on my xbox it was the same deal. Im frustrated to the point after trying to do the reset a couple of times it didnt work. Does anyone have a fix to get your level and operators back?

So I see that many people have complained about the FND catches being unobtainable once you finish the quest, it's been a lot of time and there doesn't seems to have been a fix, just allowing the doors to open would do, is there any plans to fix it or did I just ruined my game?

Over the past 2 weeks, I have attempted the 'Jump Around' achievement on Xbox Series X under gamertag MrNoLuckFox. It has failed to pop when attempting with motorcycles and performance vehicles. I have attempted 3 different locations, one during the Enduro event and measured landing distance of 152 meters utilizing markers and points.

I have attempted this on the console and streaming the game. I have deleted my save data and resynced it the game. I did not want to create a new save because it would overwrite my old one.

Please address or advise.

When trying to create a Countdown session on the Series X, it causes Countdown to not fully activate until all countermeasures have been disabled. Once all have been disabled, it then starts the countdown session and allows the hunters to spawn and the timer to start. Have confirmed this only happens with the Series X because all of my clan members with the Series X experience this but clan members with the Xbox One series can create them and they work fine.

I slid down the ramp but I didn’t have all 50 Silica. So now it’s my understanding that I am completely trapped. Can’t climb backup up the ramp. Can’t activate the exit.

I'm having the same issue for the last two weeks where I cannot even connect to the Ubisoft servers just for this game (Watch_Dogs) on my Series X or Xbox One.

I have done all the troubleshooting options provided by support. I've done port forwarding even though I have an open nat on my wired connection.

I've tried different internet connections (multiple providers), wired vs wireless, different consoles (Xbox Series X & Xbox One X), different gamertags, uninstalling the game & trying it from different locations (internal vs external HD) and for whatever reason it doesn't let me connect to the online service.

And I can tell you this is a Ubisoft issue as I had absolutely no issue connecting to the online on Watch_Dogs on my Xbox 360 in this same 2 week period.

Can you please investigate / escalate this?

I can't collect anymore opals. Stuck on 80, even after restarting three game from the main menu

I have 4 extra Legacy Apparel Cache keys that I can't use due to already having all items unlocked from that event. I've seen that with the current Apparel event I was able to convert my keys into the Standard Apparel Cache keys and then convert them into Textiles (since I already have all items). There is currently no way for me to do that on my Legacy Apparel Cache keys.

Also it would be nice to have a option in the Settings menu to clear all "!" symbols until a new item is collected. This triggers my OCD with no way to get rid of the "!" symbols.

I need my save removing from the cloud so I can start a new game as my save is corrupt I am stuck with a road bike unable to start any events I have deleted save through the Xbox but the ubisoft cloud always brings back the save how can I fix this

ubisoft deleted a photo from my gallery with over 12k loves. Can I recover it and how.

We have 135 stars on Xbox and something has happened that prevents us from accessing events. Anyway of fixing this?

Come on guys the latest update has broken the game and made it completely unplayable. The lag is so bad the npc’s are literally teleporting next to you, your gun take ages to fire then you’re suddenly dead as the npc has teleport next to you and exploded, please please fix the game or just undo the last update so it’s playable again.

In year 5 would you add first person ads just like ghost recon wildland and breakpoint and those two games is 3rd person shooter and they can aim weapon in first person ads or third person ads so, in first person ads that can aim with any kind of weapon with any kind of scopes and iron sight in first person ads. Will you add that to the game in Division 2 in year 5 so that we can aim weapons with first person ads with any kind of scopes and iron sight too and it would be so cool if you add that and it would be a game changer for division 2 and agents can aim in first person ads or third person ads too with any kind of scopes with all weapons.

Will you add an inventory options settings to allow us to hide the amour chest on body, just like options to show or hide the mask and signature weapon too.

Will you change the automatic skills is air burst seeker mine that can do it for you just like the division 1 and for bombardier drone and artillery turret need to change it automatic attack enemies for you instead of manual controls because it really frustrates and sometimes it can miss targets so it better to change automatic controls

the buildings’ textures load so slow that it is totally ruins the gameplay experince.
