Hello, I've made a support case on my account and got a response from the Support Team quickly. The matter now is that I did what the Support asked me to do and prove that I have purchased R6. I did all the things and I even added a comment saying that I had done the things after that I was hoping to get a new response because the problem with my account wasn't solved. Now the case has completely disappeared from my case lists and I cannot see it anywhere. It isn't anywhere in the Closed or Open cases list. When I open the case up from the link I got when Support emailed me, it says that "The page no longer exists". What should I do?edit: I've added a picture of the case website.
So I just recently logged back into siege to play with friends thought it would be a good time to pick it up and play ranked. Well I was wrong my level used to be a 74 with all the old rank charms and cosmetics I had over a couple of seasons on my xbox. I tried loading it up on my ps5 lost all my rank and operators plus renown and couple of skins I bought. Tried reloading it up on my xbox it was the same deal. Im frustrated to the point after trying to do the reset a couple of times it didnt work. Does anyone have a fix to get your level and operators back?
I've submitted a ticket about getting my Xbox account changed over to my pc/steam account. The error that shows up when i log into my ubisoft connect account on steam that has my xbox and steam linked to says, " There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product." Support seems to have gone M.I.A on my ticket..is it even worth the hassle? I have sent in my steam ID, proof of purchase on steam and the receipt for the deluxe version I bought on the series x early last year and hell, i might even send a picture of the Xbox one game disk i still have lol. I just want my account and all the operators and items I've unlocked over the years on PC.

I am having a heck of a time purchasing The Division 2 Ultimate for PC. I have tried browser troubleshooting, no avail. I have tried 4 different Valid payment methods. I have combed through my account info and payment info to make sure it is all valid and correct. I have even gone as far as turning off firewalls, and resetting my network. Everytime I place the order, I see the transaction in the pending bank statement, then it immediatly get refunded as if it was rejected by Ubisoft. I have even tried using the funds in my wallet. I have trie purchasing from the website and Ubisoft Connect app. any other ideas? I am currently in a waiting game with support.
I have been trying to add a phone number to my account and I don't know if I typed it wrong too many times but I quite literally cannot do anything and I need to know how much longer I need to wait (it's been about 5 hours now as I'm typing this). I tried submitting a case but the entire screen just goes blank when I try to submit a case and it tells me to login even though I'm already logged in. I just bought the Rainbow Six Siege Operator Bundle and before buying the game I did have trouble logging into my account as my passwords and emails were messed up. After I logged in I bought the game and I open ubisoft connect boot up the game to see this.

Hey,I was a test player and was really looking forward to the release.Unfortunately, when I launch any PVP scenario the game crashes: either claiming some sort of broadband connection issue (my broadband works just fine) or maintenance or you servers crash.I must say it is just riddiculous, if your servers can't support the game you should've disabled this feature, as currently I start, get excited, plan and waste time only to be kicked out.
I recently bought this game and all i deal with is constant crashes. Please fix it. My windows are updated, my graphics card is brand new and fully updated. I tried every single trick i could find in forums and other places to fix it, nothing worked.
Whenever I start playing, the game crashes and then leaves, I've updated everything, and it remains the same, I'm trying to contact support but so far nothing.

Hello, I was told by Ubisoft support to leave feedback on the dedicated game forums Ubisoft Discussions, where it will be viewable by the development teams so I suppose that's what I'm trying to do here. I am trying to get in touch with someone from Ubisoft who is able to discuss the prospects of purchasing a modding API for Splinter Cell Blacklist (and possibly conviction). I am looking for the option of creating custom content, mods, maps, etc. for the game, as well as having options of adding in custom online servers so that people can play online using community managed servers (or at least a lan patch for blacklist so people can play using tunngle, though this would be less than ideal). Or heck, how much would you (Ubisoft) charge to just purchase the online server data directly in a way that allows us to move it to a new server so we can continue hosting a fan/community server for the game? How much money would you charge for a modding API(s) of this sort? Thank you for your time.
