Hello, I was told by Ubisoft support to leave feedback on the dedicated game forums Ubisoft Discussions, where it will be viewable by the development teams so I suppose that's what I'm trying to do here. I am trying to get in touch with someone from Ubisoft who is able to discuss the prospects of purchasing a modding API for Splinter Cell Blacklist. I am looking for the option of creating custom content, mods, maps, etc. for the game, as well as having options of adding in custom online servers so that people can play online using community managed servers. Or heck, how much would you (Ubisoft) charge to just purchase the online server data directly in a way that allows us to move it to a new server so we can continue hosting a fan/community server for the game? How much money would you charge for a modding API(s) of this sort? Thank you for your time.
Ubisoft+ tab is not showing in the Ubisoft connect client.I just subscribed to Ubisoft connect and I cant even see the tab there to use it.if anyone can help with this issue I would very much appreciate it.Thank you

Hello,I just subscribed to Ubisoft+ few days ago, and I can't access Ubisoft+ from the Ubisoft connect client as I can't find its tab.Which is really annoying, I've been trying to search everywhere for a solution but I came to nothing.. I have been unable to connect to the game server for about more than 2 months. I have the exact same issue of the topic "problem with error code 8-0x00000052", and I went through all the steps that were replied. My Ubisoft connect is connected and everything else seems fine, and every other gamer from my area is able to connect.What should I do?
Help! I can't find my activation code.
I just bought ghost recon wildlands on steam, but I can't log in both on the website or on Ubisoft connect software. Every time I try to log in or register both ways, it gives a connection error/lost. It doesn't give me that error on another device such as on my phone and others, i am able to log in on any device except my pc. The only way I am able to log in to Ubisoft website from my pc is by using VPN proxy. I already sent the case or ticket but wanted to ask here so maybe will give quick responses.
Hello. unfortunately but the game is unplayable. It shuts down on its own at random times, I have checked the files, drivers, uninstalled and installed three times nothing helps.

Hi!Today new nvidia card driver update showed. I updated and now I can dive but only for 10-20 sec and the game crash and close. Pls do something. No I do not want rollback, why Ubi not solve the problem faster? The game have not been working well for almost 1 month.
Hello there!My game is going smooth when I play unranked. But as soon as I start playing ranked, its starting to lag and freeze up to 5 sec. I have tried I everything. Same issue that tons have had for over a year with no fix. Same 2 errors in the log. My PC is more than capable and very cool running. Yes I've tried the troubleshooting link, updated everything, disabled overlay etc etc. yes, I have tried every random "fix" other players have reported to no avail. I am losing faith in any future Ubisoft game because of this. This is not a user problem. This is an Ubisoft Connect problem that has persisted for a year with absolutely NO solution or fix given. This is ridiculous. C'mon Ubisoft. Fix this.
I bought Splinter Cell Blacklist to enjoy and get the P90 skin, even though I own the game it won't let me claim idk if other players have the same issueis there a fix to this?
I have my psn account linked to an old Ubisoft account and I was trying to unlink the account. However, I dont have access to the email attached to the account anymore. Whenever I try to log in, it says that my account has been compromised and prompts me to reset my password by sending an email to the email that no longer exists so I cant reset the password. I cant get a hold of support from live chat or Twitter so I'm kind of stuck here.
i own the deluxe edition of the game and when i go onto ubisoft connect the p90 skin says i still have to play the game even though i have played it just before and last year.
Hello,I recently found out about the rainbow six siege cross progression and decided to link my xbox account to my ubisoft profile, now i already have amazon,twitch and a few other things linked to my profile yet when i try to link my xbox it says my xbox account is already tied to another Ubisoft account? i checked my old ubisoft profile and found my old playstation attached to it not my xbox profile.I then contacted microsoft/xbox support to see what they could do and they said they couldn't see anything and that it must be a ubisoft issue. If my xbox accountis linked to a random ubisoft account i want it unlinked immediately as i had no knowledge of this and neither did microsoft support.This account is the only profile i use and it has 2FA and everything, but now I'm locked out of all my content because of some weird error with a random email (to be clear the email have my name and last name but I've never seen or used it before and it's not even a real email address according to google so I'm super freaked out about it)I don't want to sit around and wait 4 weeks for a one sentence reply with a "we can't do anything" or the one i got today saying "can you confirm the email of your other account" even though i explained this other profile isn't mine many times.Any replies or responses from the support team to get this fixed asap would be GREATLY appreciated.- thank you
When I log into ubisoft , all store items are shown in euro. Although have set my currency to India, Thus it should be showing INR currency right? I have not found any option to change that. Even when I log in from browser same thing happens. See all my current owned games are from steam, but I am currently considering directly buying from ubi store. But I am not getting bill in local currency so I am unable to purchase.
