Hallo, ich habe mir FarCry 3 über Steam gekauft und installiert. Das Program wir in meinem Ubisoft Connect Account angezeit. Wenn ich das Programm starte bekomme ich nach der Anmeldung "über dem Hauptmenue die Fehlermeldung das sich das Programm nicht mit dem Farcry Server verbinden kann. Wenn ich dies weg clicke und dann aus dem Hauptmenu Uplay anclicke bekomme ich die gleiche Fehlermeldung.
Alle Anno Teile laufen sauber, auch die Steam Programme die ich habe machen keine Probleme auch im Multiplayer.

I have been unable to connect to the game server for about more than 2 months. I have the exact same issue of the topic "problem with error code 8-0x00000052", and I went through all the steps that were replied. My Ubisoft connect is connected and everything else seems fine, and every other gamer from my area is able to connect.
What should I do?

I just bought ghost recon wildlands on steam, but I can't log in both on the website or on Ubisoft connect software. Every time I try to log in or register both ways, it gives a connection error/lost. It doesn't give me that error on another device such as on my phone and others, i am able to log in on any device except my pc. The only way I am able to log in to Ubisoft website from my pc is by using VPN proxy. I already sent the case or ticket but wanted to ask here so maybe will give quick responses.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the sudden shutdown of the World Video Challenge feature for Just Dance 2016, 2017, and 2018 on March 24th, 2023. This decision is unacceptable and completely goes against your original planned shutdown date of June 30th, 2023.

As a dedicated fan of the Just Dance franchise, I have enjoyed participating in the World Video Challenge feature for years. It has been a fun and engaging way to compete with dancers from all over the world and showcase my skills. However, with the premature shutdown of this feature, I am left feeling cheated and robbed of the opportunity to enjoy this aspect of the game for the next few months leading up to the planned shutdown.

It is simply not fair to your loyal customers to suddenly shut down features before the previously announced date. This is especially true for features like the World Video Challenge that are a significant part of the game experience. I urge you to reconsider this decision and bring the feature back until the originally planned shutdown date of June 30th, 2023.

I understand that shutting down servers and discontinuing features is a necessary part of maintaining online games, but it is crucial that you honor your commitments and stick to the planned timeline. Your customers deserve to have a reasonable amount of notice and time to adjust to these changes, and shutting down features prematurely only creates frustration and resentment.

In conclusion, I implore you to bring back the World Video Challenge feature for Just Dance 2016, 2017, and 2018 until the planned shutdown date of June 30th, 2023. Please respect your loyal customers and honor your commitments.

Like for real the game is crashing and i tryed to reconnect to the ranked game but it wouldnt let me join back in it was saying again and again you have been removed from this session and now im banned for 24h what is that [censored] is there any way to remove that ban ?

Hello, I have been playing since almost day 1 of this game. I believe if you look at my account, inactivity and quitting is not what I do especially considering the hours I grind during losing games. Match making penalties should not occur because I don’t quit games. My gamer tag is “quit for me” not “I quit games” this is the second time I’ve been standing still without being able to move or not load in at all and my connection is immaculate with my PS5 & Wi-Fi. I would like some type of trouble shoot for this issue that do not result in me not wanting to play or not being capable to play till I get a penalty again. My game is going smooth when I play unranked.
But as soon as I start playing ranked, its starting to lag and freeze up to 5 sec.
I have tried I everything. I have tried:
Uninstalling the game, installing it on a other driver, run it as admin, tried to repair it.
But nothing helps.So im hoping I will be able to find the way here.

I'm having the same issue for the last two weeks where I cannot even connect to the Ubisoft servers just for this game (Watch_Dogs) on my Series X or Xbox One.

I have done all the troubleshooting options provided by support. I've done port forwarding even though I have an open nat on my wired connection.

I've tried different internet connections (multiple providers), wired vs wireless, different consoles (Xbox Series X & Xbox One X), different gamertags, uninstalling the game & trying it from different locations (internal vs external HD) and for whatever reason it doesn't let me connect to the online service.

And I can tell you this is a Ubisoft issue as I had absolutely no issue connecting to the online on Watch_Dogs on my Xbox 360 in this same 2 week period.

Can you please investigate / escalate this?

got division 2 from steam and wanting to try it out but i get constant mk-01 even tho the servers are running fine as server status says . iv even waited 15 minutes twice and tried again like they said and tried other things people said and also tried to connect with and without a vpn but still didnt work . what should i do ? refund ?

So basically, the game just turns off w/o any error code or anything, while I'm in the main menu, which says press any button I can be there for hours! However, when I press anything on my keyboard, game says "Checking for Add-Ons" and then turns off. I tried multiple times I'v even re-downloaded the game (again 150 gigs fss) and still the same problem, I've updated my drivers, everything. I'm just in a blank spot.

Please, help me!!!

So i bought the game while it was on sale awhile ago, but i have been having problems connecting to arcade and co-op to play with my friend. Co-op is the hole reason i bought this game but no matter what i do i still get the error code Albert-FFF0BDC00. Ive tried using a VPN, disabling firewalls and opening it through Ubisoft Connect also tried verifying the integrity of the files. Please any help is appreciated.

Today I was trying to purchase some DLC for Anno 1800 via the Ubisoft launcher. It was constantly disconnecting. I tried multiple times to apply the 100 points discount on my purchase but it would not register the application or provide any feedback. No confirmation of points spent, or warning that points could not be used in that manner. No reaction. After trying for a while I restarted the launcher to find that almost all of my 1391 points, had disappeared. Confirmed (via my account transaction history) taken away via multiple attempts to apply the 100 point discount, that I never got. 13 (100 point) deductions over 10 minutes, on the same day with nothing actually being received, no discount applied, nothing purchased. It now says I have only 91 points remaining. 1300 points spent without my knowledge on nothing. I still haven't been able to purchase the DLC i set out to, the discount was never applied. Please reinstate my points. This is not ok.

I bought Watch Dogs 2 on steam at the beginning of March, and I started playing for 4 hours yesterday, and then it suddenly stopped working. When I run it, it pops up "This product cannot be activated right now, please try again later."
I tried running steam and Ubisoft Connect using with administrator rights.And verify the game files in Steam.But it doesn’t work. I also try to delete all downloaded game files and Ubisoft Connect client, and then download and install again, but the prompt remains the same.
