Ac reveletion it's about 5 years or more who you know there is an issue with the file localization.lang, also everytime i need to import the folder of the game your security check system reset this file who is responsible to make the game barely unplayable
AC IV black flag is barely unplayable because of the crappy optimization and surely, it is not an hardware problem.

I payed those games with real money, please do what your part of the contract say, make this game playable because you sell it and i spent my money to buy it. there are some consumer associations who are so interested in this story. man advised.

Hey since few days I have problem with my games: ac1, 2 and brotherhood [all bought from steam and ac2 and brotherhood are on ubi account]
First- few days ago I wanted to play ac1 but the whole sound from game dissapeared [it worked well before], wanted to see if this is one-game problem I looked at my 2 other games where sound also magically dissapeared when it was working before? I tried so many things to fix that: turining on game as admin, changing Hz, changing compability to other windows versions, reinstall games and also reinstalling drivers (I even tried to install polish dubbing but it didn't work) and few other things some guides told me to do but still nothing 😞
Is there any other thing I can do to fix that??? I have no idea what am I supposed to do now

I've been able to play Assassin's Creed Rogue just fine on PC but since I have my new Xbox Wireless Controller Shock Blue it won't start the game when the controller is turned on. If it's off or unplugged the game starts just fine up until I turn the controller back on and the game crashes. I didn't have problems with any of my other wireless Xbox controllers and other Ubisoft games work just fine. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
I've already updated the controller via the Xbox Accessory app, verified the game files and even re-installed the game completly. Nothing helped. The controller is connected by USB cable and not bluetooth

I was playing Black Flag for the past week on my computer @ 3440x1440

When I loaded AC4 today (3/18/2023) the resolution broke and displays like 6880x1440

I am not using any mods.

Hello! I'm posting here to ask for advice regarding AC revelations on ps3.

So a few days ago, I decided to come back and replay this game, as I enjoyed it very much a few years ago.

However, the game is literally unplayable. I haven't played on my ps3 for long, and I know that my system is old, but other games are running just fine.

I'm coming from pc and I know that console performance is significantly worse, especially on older hardware, but I remember having a smooth gameplay in the past, around 3 years ago, compared to my 10-20 fps experience that I have right now.

My ps3 doesn't get too hot and I also remember cleaning it, so I doubt this is a problem. I understand that those consoles are getting older and slower over time, but 3 years is kind of a short interval for a game to become unplayable... Is it because of an ubisoft update that slowed it down, or am I missing something?

My display hasn't changed, and I already reset the ps3 database, trying to solve the problem, but no results unfortunately. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm playing Assassin's Creed 1, and the PS4 controller works with the game but the buttons are all wrong. Is there a way to fix this? I tried launching ubisoft through steam (so steam could override controller input) but it still wasn't working. Anyone know a solution? Appreciate your time.

I recently got a couple of AC games on steam. All of them didn't start at first but I fixed all of them except unity. I tried all the basic things like verifying the files, running as admin, compatibility for all the options, and changing the resolution. None worked sadly. My system surpasses the minimum requirements. Any help would be appreciated.

Assassin's Creed® The Ezio Collection was downloaded from Xbox store to my xbox one s. Downloaded without any problems, but cannot start.
After starting the game black screen appears and nothing happened. I tried to uninstall, and install once again but without success.
Any ideas?

Recently I've had an issue with Black Flag. Didn't play it since 2018 and just decided to reload my old savegame (I have two physical local backups and a cloud save as well) and it keeps telling me my gamesave is damaged. Also, it appears I might have own actually two copites of the game (normal one and deluxe one, which is odd, didn't happen before).

I'd love to contact support, but both Ru and En Ubisoft support chats are unavailable whenever I try to contact them as well as they don't provide any feedback on BOTH of my requests about that issue (one is Russian, one is English). I suppose Ubisoft just decided at this point just to ignore my existence, so why not to ask here, I've thought?

I sent a support ticket on Feb 29th but still no reply so I'll try to post my issue here too.

I've tried to download both Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed II, both downloads are permanently stuck at 0%, even if I restart the Ubisoft Connect software and "run as adminstrator". I've tried to stop the download and restart several times but it has not worked so far.
I have not noticed any issues with my internet connection, and I can download and install other files and games from for example Steam. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled Ubisoft Connect (+restarted the PC), I also have enough disk space.

Today I bought AC1 in Epic Games, but there is English, I can't change it to Russian, what should I do?

I have installed Rogue multiple times and I can play the game for a handful of hours and then the executable crashes on launch.

I have tried reinstalling to my boot drive as well as other drives. I have verified files.
I have tried changing the .ini file setting of WindowedBorderless=0, and the Environmental Graphics setting down.
I have tried setting the compatibility mode to Windows 7, and ran it as admin.

I checked my event log and everytime i start the game (either through Uplay, or opening through the .exe) i get the error in the image.

Hello everyone! I have every game of the series and out of a sudded AC 1, 2, Blackflag, Rogue, Unity and Syndicate just won't launch anymore. I've seen multiple new forum post who had problems with these games as well so I assume it is some kind of a bigger issue. I'm on the newest GPU driver, windows 10 and reinstalled + repaired the games on my Ubisoft/Windows drive. It is an internal drive. I sent my dxdiag and msinfo within a support request. I followed the trouble shoot guide without success. Thank you for your help!
