Hey since few days I have problem with my games: ac1, 2 and brotherhood [all bought from steam and ac2 and brotherhood are on ubi account]
First- few days ago I wanted to play ac1 but the whole sound from game dissapeared [it worked well before], wanted to see if this is one-game problem I looked at my 2 other games where sound also magically dissapeared when it was working before? I tried so many things to fix that: turining on game as admin, changing Hz, changing compability to other windows versions, reinstall games and also reinstalling drivers (I even tried to install polish dubbing but it didn't work) and few other things some guides told me to do but still nothing 😞
Is there any other thing I can do to fix that??? I have no idea what am I supposed to do now

Hello! I'm posting here to ask for advice regarding AC revelations on ps3.

So a few days ago, I decided to come back and replay this game, as I enjoyed it very much a few years ago.

However, the game is literally unplayable. I haven't played on my ps3 for long, and I know that my system is old, but other games are running just fine.

I'm coming from pc and I know that console performance is significantly worse, especially on older hardware, but I remember having a smooth gameplay in the past, around 3 years ago, compared to my 10-20 fps experience that I have right now.

My ps3 doesn't get too hot and I also remember cleaning it, so I doubt this is a problem. I understand that those consoles are getting older and slower over time, but 3 years is kind of a short interval for a game to become unplayable... Is it because of an ubisoft update that slowed it down, or am I missing something?

My display hasn't changed, and I already reset the ps3 database, trying to solve the problem, but no results unfortunately. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

I just recently got the rest of the legacy series for x360, and some of the uplay rewards are not working. And trying to go to uplay on the 360 itself just sends me to the QR code for the ubsoft connect club. And when I checked on the connect app, it said I already unlocked it but nothing showed up in my inventory. Is there any way to reconnect to uplay and get my rewards or am I just permanently stuck like this?

 It keeps opening and giving a white screen in the corner before it closes itself. How do I resolve this issue? I also bought the game less than a week ago. Has anyone else had this issue? If it matters my pc is on windows 11.

I bought the game ac brotherhood normally and still can't run it.
It shows me that I have to log in again to run it, I do everything the launcher tells me but I can't turn it on it loads for half an hour and can't load and I don't even enter the game it just keeps loading in the launcher someone tell me what do because I don't know

So basically i started playing ezio collection on ps4 and i wanted to check my stats on ubisoft connect.
When i went on ubisoft connect, out of all of my games, only tge ezio collection doesn't appear, this got me worried, so i checked on the app and website, to no avail. Lastly, i checked on the game itself, which forwarded me to the ubisoft connect page of the game (in the ps4) but the 3 tabs of challenges/rewards/stats are unavailable.
Help, is it just me or is it a ezio collection thing?

I’m playing through The Ezio Collection right now, and I’m trying to 100% the game. To get all the achievements, in other words. I haven’t had any problems— up until now. The AC: Brotherhood achievement “Grand Theft Dressage” is not working. I have met the criteria for the achievement probably 9 or 10 times now, and I still don’t have it.

Achievement criteria reads:

”Steal 5 horses from their riders, while remaining on horseback.”

So basically, the floor is lava but with horses. As I’ve said, I’ve already done this quite a few times. Has anyone else had problems with this achievement? I’m at my wits end with this.

ich habe zwei kleine Probleme mit der oben genannten Mission.

Im Pausenmenü wird immer noch als Missionsziel das Ausschalten der Ziele mit Hilfe der Reckruten angezeigt, Micheletto ist nicht mehr mit dem Gelben Folge-Marker markiert und die Mission geht nicht weiter.

PS zu 1. Ich habe noch nicht den Pfeilhagel ausprobiert.

Das Spiel wurde über Steam gekauft und ist aus einem Steambundel.
Ich kann also nicht sagen ob es als Ezio-Kollektion gilt.

Hello everyone! I have every game of the series and out of a sudded AC 1, 2, Blackflag, Rogue, Unity and Syndicate just won't launch anymore. I've seen multiple new forum post who had problems with these games as well so I assume it is some kind of a bigger issue. I'm on the newest GPU driver, windows 10 and reinstalled + repaired the games on my Ubisoft/Windows drive. It is an internal drive. I sent my dxdiag and msinfo within a support request. I followed the trouble shoot guide without success. Thank you for your help!

I recently started 100%ing the ezio collection in Xbox achievements and so far I am missing 2 that I should have gotten in assassin’s creed ll which are Podesta of monteriggioni (reach 80% of your strongholds value) I’m at 95% btw and art connoisseur which is only to buy a painting from Venice and Florence AND I HAVE BOUGHT ALL OF THE PAINTINGS. My friend has also recently began 100%ing the ezio collection also and he says it also has achievement problems in brotherhood and revelations. Is there any fix for this or do I have to unlock these achievements on another save???

I'v heard about the disconnection to multiplayer service for this game and some others.
But, it make an entire part of the game unplayable, 'da vinci vanished' and some other contents, all necessary to get all success of the game.
Is there any possibility to access and enjoy the full game even without being reconnected to multiplayer server ?

On Ubisoft connect, it says I have all the DLCs, from the outfits to The Da Vinci Disappearance, installed, but they are not in the game. I've beaten the game and still can't excesses any of the dlcs.

i have uninstalled the ubisoft launcher 2-3 times and uninstalled the game an equal amount. when i try to launch the game, it obviously asks for the password, i enter it, and it doesnt lauch the game. ive cleared the cache and its still not working. can anyone help?

So when will u guys unblock (Steam) the games i payed for and therefore own the rights to the copy that has been purchased?
I personally couldn`t care less if there are plans for remaster or not and from the legal perspective aswell, there is no moral or legal reason that allows for the company to do this,
to say that the online service was terminated is one thing but not being able to lunch the game at all its unacceptable, and no i do not care its luncher dependent which might be the cause
for the closing of the games support or whatever, this is a YOU problem not ours. Nobody ever liked that since the first games and now we are not going to be the ones paying for poor decision making.
I can literally take my PS2/Xbox360 or whatever older platform and still play all games i bought you know why? Because i bought them, it belongs to me.
So, i basically bought/installed Brotherhood and Revelations to late? I`m so sorry for wanting to have some nostalgia and play the games i loved the most growing up as they were at the time, and
i`ll also add to this, the fact that, the prices payed for any of the older games is insane high furthering the lack of morals and respect with the people that granted Ubi the place they now sit at.
Then why was i able to purchase them in the first place? There was no message in the lines of ``Sir we thank you for your purchase, but its advised u install the games before a certain date`` which even if it was the case it would remain illegal and immoral for those are my copies not yours. A quick reminder that u the company is where it is as of today because of us, the fans, going against us its not gonna be pretty i can assure that much, you can do almost any thing to a man and he will remain still, unbothered, the moment something dear to him has been harmed action takes place.
A real shame that the history of gaming and assassin`s creed its going to be marked once more by evil and greedy corporate decisions like this. Games that were revolutionary for their times just simply put to ``rest`` and forgotten, never to be appreciated as they once were. A quite obvious cash-grab move especially taking in consideration the plans for the future games of this franchise.
As of now i do not know if any plans or steps to rectify this mess have been taken by Ubisoft, one would only hope but hope in gaming now days is the first one that dies.

Please don't bother answering if its going to be any thing in the lines of ``we are sorry for the inconvenience``, this is no inconvenience, for life keeps on going for all of us, but do not think people will take this unlawful and immoral actions lightly.

The changes simply don't save when I leave the graphics settings tab, making the mission Vilified impossible (anything higher than 60fps, the walls health goes down much faster than it should). Nothing I change stays, I can't turn my refresh rate down to revert my FPS.
