I cannot play the campaign , it keeps on crashing when I come in the "settlers mode " (where you can start building" I have tried using Dx 11 and Dx 12 .. no differance , keeps on crashing .. Do more people have this issue??

wollte vorgestern für 900 Relikteile die Karten in Extrem Modus tauschen. Klickte und hielte den Button, die 900 Reliktteile wurden abgezogen, doch statt neuer Karten hing sich alles auf. Nach Neustart wollte Siedler ein Update. Danch geschaut und es bestatigte sich das was ich erwartet hatte. Die 900 Reliktteile weg, keine neuen Karten da. Habe einen Fall eröffnet, aber noch keinerlei Reaktion erhalten.
Der technische Support scheint nicht mit der Bearbeitung der Fälle hinter her zu kommen. Wann darf man mit einer Rückerestattung der Reliktteile rechnen?

Hi,

I wanted to swap the cards in extreme mode for 900 relic parts the day before yesterday. Clicked and held the button, the 900 relic parts were deducted, but instead of new cards, everything hung itself. After restarting, Siedler wanted an update. Then looked and it confirmed what I expected. The 900 relic pieces gone, no new cards there. Have opened a case but have not received any response yet. Tech support doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the cases. When can you expect a refund of the relic parts?

The Settlers - New Allies keeps crashing at startup. When launched from the Ubisoft game launcher app, the game starts up and almost immidiatly minimises to the task bar. When I click on the icon on the taskbar, it briefly opens to full screen for less than a second and immidiatly minimizes to the task bar. I then have to make several attempts of the following steps to get it running again:

1- Start up the task manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL), select settlers, select end task
2- Verify the game files
3- Close Ubisoft game launcher once verification is complete
4- Re-start the combuter
5- Launch the Ubisoft app again
6- Launch the game again

Sometimes I have to repeat the process 3 -4 times before it works.

Hi to all, does it run at windows 10 installed at Imac 2014 with Radeon R9 m295X GPU?

The old settlers = amazing.
The new settlers = feel like an instruction campaign, absolutely terrible game.

All the mechanics are broken!

Is ubisoft really going to destroy this game title?

Pourquoi une si importante mise à jour très longue à charger, alors que je ne vois pas ce qu'il y a de nouveau, ça fait 4 fois que je recommence tout en réinitialisant le jeu et c'est toujours pareil. Y a t'il un autre moyen de recommencer tout autrement ?

Whenever I try to save, the game shuts down with a fatal error: exception 0xc00000005 at 0x00841676!.

Tried manual saving and automatic, started as admin, no chance.

It's on a Windows 11 with loads of HDD space.

Any ideas?

I did just play a skirmish against the AI 1 vs 1 as Elani, and did NOT get any reward for it, in time limited.

I did also build Towers, and they have NOT updated either.

And i did win the match against the AI, but dont show i have won, 1 out of 3.

Did also recrut rangers, and they DONT count up to 100 either.

This is the third week, without rewards from time limited.

The spin did stop. but its seems broken allot, still.

NOTE

Im a single player. playing against the AI 1 VS 1.

Mybe someone can help with this.. In settlers 7, I just cant join any lobby in mutiplayer mode.

Hey Ubisoft,

I was very pessimistic about the game after all the reviews I have read but The Settlers community is for sure hard to please.
I have subscribed to Ubisoft+ to test the game, and so far I really like it: it's replayable and addictive. I think I will buy it if you guys continue to improve the game.

There are probably other things that are in higher priory right now, but do you guys plan to release more maps in the future?
It would be even more awesome if you release a map editor so the community can make their own maps.

There is many problems and error codes in matchmaking. In the end can play a game and win, but you don't have rewards.
I like playing this game but it's so frustrating. Plz fix it.
After which time can i destroy enemy warehouse and then getting rewards?

Can you advise me , what hardware is nessesary to play the game?
I've got the message in the game The Settlers new Allies that there is an old graphic card installed.
So I hav to replace it for a better one.

I have a strange problem - no sound at all on my The Settlers New Allies, including music, or effects, or voice... Of course, the sound exists on my computer, and works very well with other games and apps. Any ideas what is wrong? Language (English)?

I particularly like the Bronze and Silver hardcore missions, but why does it take days for me to be able to play a new one? I found the campaign and casual skirmishes to be too easy and the Gold hardcore mission is too hard. Are there plans to create a hardcore version of the campaign? I would play this.

Two quick questions:

When I play PvP, can't I pick what map to play?

When rotating the camera view, is it any setting to make the minimap rotate as well? The minimap gets confused to look at when it's not rotating as well.

After few games pvp, I have to say map pool is very very poor... Is there any chaces for more maps? Atleast for 2v2 mode because 4v4 looks like impossible to find a match.

Launching Setters 6 I get the first mini screen with the title, then it opens up fullscreen but it's black with the blue circle. After a few seconds it just seems to flicker then it's showing my desktop again.

I've tried running it as administrator, various compatibility mode settings, and having my monitor at native resolution (and only displaying one monitor) all with the same results.

I used to own the CD version of the game and it played fine, it's only the Ubisoft version where I'm having problems.

What i mean is, i have 2 coal mines, 1 iron mine, furnace and blacksmith (group on one spot), and they are far from warehouse (and just for the sake of the map space) don't wanna build another warehouse. the problem is my carriers transport coal and iron first to warehouse and then from warehouse to furnace and blacksmith. Now, i wasn't play previous settlers games for a while, but i'm pretty sure that in Settlers 3 and 4, that goods was transporting directly from mines to buildings and where they need and not to "warehouse"???
