I need my save removing from the cloud so I can start a new game as my save is corrupt I am stuck with a road bike unable to start any events I have deleted save through the Xbox but the ubisoft cloud always brings back the save how can I fix this

ubisoft deleted a photo from my gallery with over 12k loves. Can I recover it and how.

I just bought the game. Whenever I try launching it, it crashes when it is on the map loading screen. SS below is where the game crashes to desktop. I have a decent enough setup which is better than the recommended config. Please help!

We have 135 stars on Xbox and something has happened that prevents us from accessing events. Anyway of fixing this?

Hi there! Just wanted to get back in the game to get all the trophies but so far there are two that are glitched: That’s My Jam and Recrooster. And I found all the USB sticks and all the Roosters. Help! 😖

I recently purchased Riders Republic and I tried playing the game with my controller. It worked fine for the first couple minutes, but then it just crashed and the game stopped working. I tried restarting the game to see if it would fix the issue, but it didn't. I tried plugging in my controller to play, but the game constantly keeps crashing. The game would work perfectly fine if I unplugged the controller but then just instantly crashes when I plug it back in. I'd like to get a refund because the game is honestly just completely broken for me. I've read tons of posts on Reddit and from the Riders Republic discord server, but I still couldn't find a fix. And I have an RTX 3050 Ti Mobile and an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H. The game ran perfectly fine on low and medium settings, so I don't think my pc is the problem.

Recently lost all my save data for Riders Republic. Got an error when closing Riders Republic. The next day I restarted Riders Republic and it showed me the Intro video again. I was kinda saddend to see this already. I could play through the tutorials but after I unlock FreeRoaming, unlock the map and open it the narraton tells me its time for my first race.

I have all my old races still unlocked on the map but i cant play any one of them or progress in the game.

I tried deleting my savefiles already just like ubisoft told me too. I reinstalled the game twice but non seem to work.

Paid 80 euros for it but didnt expect this...really furious by this to be honest.

On Pc for some reason I am not getting an option to drive off the wooden platform at the location above. There is only a way to change from the bike to snow gear. After switching I am still not getting an option to leave the platform.

so i was playing and all of the sudden i couldnt move anymore. i think maybe resetting my data will help? i do not mind if you reset my data becuase i have barely any progress, im still on tutorial. welp i hope you can help me fix this problem and i really want to get back to playing!

riders republic minimum how do i fix it

Hello, I recently bought Riders Republic on Xbox Series (digital download). This weekend I bought the Year 1 pass.
I have played several hours with both the main game and the expansion pass.

Yesterday, when I booted the game, I had to restart the tutorial mission. When I finished the tutorial the game sent me to the hub and the narrator tells me to start my first bike ride (first story-mission).
Nevertheless I have unlocked all stars and missions from before.
I can not start any new mission, can not select a different sport, nor can I edit my character. My save game is stuck in the first mission but I still have my progress from before. I can not continue and start any mission. I reinstalled the game but no succes (the same save is loaded through the Ubisoft-servers)...

The ridge was the sole reason for my confidence in the player count of this game, but now there are no human players present, only their ghosts. Even multiplayer modes no longer matchmake for me, taking more than 10 minutes to join a mass race. The absence of live players makes the game feel incorrect, and I am considering abandoning it as the social aspect is lost. If I desired this experience, I would have opted for zen mode.

I'm on PC and after game loads, I can move around for few seconds then game freezes and I have to close it from the task manger.
game was working fine before the today's season 4 update.

Hi, I am unable to play online with any of my friends. We have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game, but we cannot join each-others groups. We are both on PC so it is not a crossplay issue. We are both set to online so it is not an issue being set to invisible. How do we fix this? Additionally, I collected the Snowcrusher BMX but it does not show up in the Funkies section. Please help, thanks! 

I recently purchased this game and when I get to the character customization the character will glitch out and it will freeze. Anyone know how to fix? I've tried the basic things google said to do such as restarting my pc, reinstalling the game, updating windows, and updating my graphics driver. I've tried to email Ubisoft but they haven't answered back and its been almost a week.

I'm not a fan of snowboarding, but I love skiing. Fortunately, I had good luck with my first ever Snow Tricks elite, the Armada J (the lion one). However, since then, I've only received off-track Armada 840 rated skis and snowboards. I now have over 10 elite snowboards, ranging from park to off-track. Despite this, all I really want are the off-track Bent Chetlers and the Edollos (or Kangos) for the park, but it seems impossible to obtain them.
In terms of bike racing, I've been trying to get another Elite downhill bike, but I've already acquired lvl50+30. I was able to quickly get every single road race Elite, but there are so few road events. So far, I only have one DH Elite: the 805 Kona. I'm still grinding out Santa Cruz for its lvl20, but I still have 15 contract levels left.
Luckily, I had good luck with bike tricks. I was able to quickly obtain the DJ 900 slopestyle, and eventually, after 50+20 attempts, I got the Comencal 900 Furious PEF for DH.
Similarly, I've been extremely lucky with ski racing. I obtained the Atomic 900 for downhill almost immediately, followed by the Rossignol 900 DH and the Armada 900 Off Track. A few levels later, I even acquired the Rossignol 900 Off Track snowboard. I was able to obtain all four within 50+10 attempts.
However, the situation with ski tricks is quite baffling. I must be close to owning every RNG snowboard across both categories by now. I know it used to be worse with duplicates, and I could be getting even fewer elites overall, but yeah...
