I recently purchased Riders Republic and I tried playing the game with my controller. It worked fine for the first couple minutes, but then it just crashed and the game stopped working. I tried restarting the game to see if it would fix the issue, but it didn't. I tried plugging in my controller to play, but the game constantly keeps crashing. The game would work perfectly fine if I unplugged the controller but then just instantly crashes when I plug it back in. I'd like to get a refund because the game is honestly just completely broken for me. I've read tons of posts on Reddit and from the Riders Republic discord server, but I still couldn't find a fix. And I have an RTX 3050 Ti Mobile and an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H. The game ran perfectly fine on low and medium settings, so I don't think my pc is the problem.

Recently lost all my save data for Riders Republic. Got an error when closing Riders Republic. The next day I restarted Riders Republic and it showed me the Intro video again. I was kinda saddend to see this already. I could play through the tutorials but after I unlock FreeRoaming, unlock the map and open it the narraton tells me its time for my first race.

I have all my old races still unlocked on the map but i cant play any one of them or progress in the game.

I tried deleting my savefiles already just like ubisoft told me too. I reinstalled the game twice but non seem to work.

Paid 80 euros for it but didnt expect this...really furious by this to be honest.

On Pc for some reason I am not getting an option to drive off the wooden platform at the location above. There is only a way to change from the bike to snow gear. After switching I am still not getting an option to leave the platform.

so i was playing and all of the sudden i couldnt move anymore. i think maybe resetting my data will help? i do not mind if you reset my data becuase i have barely any progress, im still on tutorial. welp i hope you can help me fix this problem and i really want to get back to playing!

riders republic minimum how do i fix it

Hello, I recently bought Riders Republic on Xbox Series (digital download). This weekend I bought the Year 1 pass.
I have played several hours with both the main game and the expansion pass.

Yesterday, when I booted the game, I had to restart the tutorial mission. When I finished the tutorial the game sent me to the hub and the narrator tells me to start my first bike ride (first story-mission).
Nevertheless I have unlocked all stars and missions from before.
I can not start any new mission, can not select a different sport, nor can I edit my character. My save game is stuck in the first mission but I still have my progress from before. I can not continue and start any mission. I reinstalled the game but no succes (the same save is loaded through the Ubisoft-servers)...

I'm on PC and after game loads, I can move around for few seconds then game freezes and I have to close it from the task manger.
game was working fine before the today's season 4 update.

Hi guys, yesterday I have installed the last update (1.11) on PC and now I can't launch the game in multiplayer.
When I have started the game after the update, it has immediately launch another in-game update. No error has been triggered, but now when I attempt to start a multiplayer session I got this error (yeah, it's in french):


It tells:

Something went wrong. There is an error with the game update data. You have to retry to update the game. [SPOKE 4]

I have already tried the relaunch the game, I have verified the game files, etc.
Btw, when I launched a Zen game, it asked me to configure all the parameters like if it was my first game...I hope I haven't lost all my progress...

Someone has an idea to solve this issue without reinstalling the game or waiting for a patch ?

I have i problem with my game when I play on my dirt bmx or park bmx let's say I go 43 km/h then my game frezes and it put me back do 0 km/h what can I do to help that? (and my game is very laggy i need help woth that too)

Is there any way to play this game on Linux? I tried using Proton / Lutris / Wine-ge to play, without success. The game will launch, show a small banner and after a few seconds, crash. Other Ubi games work flawlessly, like the AC saga. I think this have something to do with BattleEye, but I can't manage to find a way to launch the game without it. (I know if I disable it I cant play online, but I'll prefer playing offline than no playing at all).

I have asked around on Instagram and Discord whether seasonal star progression rewards from prior seasons could be found in burger boxes and while I have heard some say that yes they have gotten rewards that they never got in prior star progression paths due to joining the game later in its life, I have never actually confirmed this for myself and I am still trying to see proof of whether this is actually true or not. I did not get the last five rewards in Season 1's path the first go around but since burger boxes became a thing, that's what I have been trying to figure out. And I know that we recently got an expert burger box in weekly challenge rewards (I think it was confirmed in a game news post that you could get past elite rewards from those specific boxes though never explained if it was just prior elite weekly challenge rewards or if the seasonal progression elite rewards could be earned from those as well) and I do know for a fact that skis, boards, bikes, etc. that have not been unlocked in the career path yet can be earned in the regular burger boxes since I have visually confirmed this in Discord myself with someone directly saying they got the GT La Bomba slopestyle bike from a box while i earned it in the career, but is it even possible to get these prior seasonal star progression path rewards if they were not earned at that time? And are there new rewards that are exclusively from the boxes and did not make an appearance in weekly challenges or seasonal progression paths?

I have all the landmarks, relics, and have currently found 90 balloons. Total this equals 150 of the 200 required for the achievement, or 75% if you will. Based on my Xbox account (both on console and mobile app) it says I am 2% complete which would only be 4 of 200.

Upon my internet searches I see that this achievement has been a recurring issue in the past but I can't find any recent discussions on the issue. Has the issue been solved? Can it be solved? Should I wait until I actually hit 200/200 and see if it pops before inquiring again?

In the rocket pack (or whatever that powered wingsuit is called) part of a Mass Race I was automatically reset (for either missing a checkpoint or hitting the ground, I don't remember) that I was pointing towards the ground and so close to it that I crashed again and again, with no option to rewind further to get out of this situation.

Fun!
