Since 29jan my earned stars don’t count anymore for my seasn progression. Is there a way to fix this? Still need 103 stars.

I have never been able to play this game and it is so upsetting because I am stuck on the snowmobile section of the tutorial. I make it to the landmark and then am completely unable to progress the tutorial at all. All 4 walls are blocked off, I cannot move. I have submitted a legit support ticket and have not heard back. Hopefully someone can allow me to play this game for once, I just want to be able to snowboard 1 time.

I've been playing Riders Republic since 25h already and then, suddently today when I start the game, I have the screen "first start" with all options to select... as it was the first time I started the game.
It looks like my save has been deleted.
I play on Xbox Series X, my gt : BenjiBurn

Bought the game a couple hours ago the installation was a mess had to contact support multiple times. After installing and running the game it let me move during the intro and the first 2 races. After I spawned near the location of the third race I could not move AT ALL!!

Honestly my whole experience with this game has been horrible hopefully the staff team can help me fix this problem

The third objective is "Send a combo of Backflip + HD Flip + BRI Flip + Perfect landing". I've done twice but still can't complete it. Is double back flip not equal to back flip？I watched the video that the player completed the objective with double back flip in Sept. The rule has changed？

Is Unisoft already aware that there are problems with Riders Republic groups randomly disconnecting? I play with another player once a week and it has been doing it for a couple weeks. It typically breaks when we are about to start an event. Oftentimes it breaks halfway through a Mass Race which leaves my friend twiddling his thumbs until I finish the entire Mass race. I play on an xbox series S. He plays on a PC. Obviously I have crossplay turned on.

I am wanting to discontinue my xbox game pass membership. If I do, how will that affect my connection to Riders Republic? I play exclusively on an xbox series S. Also, what happens if I “unlink” my Riders Republic from my xbox? It would seem to me that all game progression would be saved on the Ubisoft servers, not the xbox servers. Am I correct?

Whenever I go to join the mass race, the timer is stuck on "looking for session" and never actually finds a game. It has been doing this for the past week now.

Anyone know what is going on?

Many of the winners of Mass Races are riding a Cube bike. How do I get one of those? Seems to me that I should have gotten one when I purchased the season pass a couple months ago.
