Hello, I have a suggestion for 3 simple and usefull mods.1- Real time system clock in one of the screen corners composed in to game interface.2- More space for goods and materials previev under existing one. At least one more line should be great.3- One click system "unload all" for the ships.Thanks. Any feedback is welcome.
Hi everyone, basically just want to know if i'm alone with this and too stupid to solve it, or if it's really a thing and therefore worthy of a patch! My problem is, that (in a coop session) i cannot assign ships to shortcuts without remove the group assignments for my team members. Same goes the other way around of course. Imo there should be either the possibility to assign your ships freely (what would be the most useful way) or at least make the groupings valid for every player in the group, so everybody can use the shortcuts. Anybody with me? Except for my Coop players of course...I couldn't find the issue here, so i hope it's not doubled.Have a good one y'all!
The most prominent and central element of “The High Life” – both visually as well as from a gameplay perspective – of course is the Skyscrapers. So, in this first DevBlog for the upcoming DLC, let’s take a look at how the Skyscrapers came to be and which challenges we faced during development. The topic of Skyscrapers came up when we initially started planning content for Season 3 and decided on the Old World focus. While “Docklands” and “Tourist Season” were supposed to be DLC to accompany and support Anno 1800’s midgame, “The High Life” would focus on the lategame with its Skyscrapers as a way to maximize population in existing cities – and without a need to expand further, going up instead of wide – and more needs to provide an additional challenge. You can read the full article here: (https://anno-union.com/devblog-skyscrapers/).
Hi ! Is it possible to have more ornemental tree for Enbesa, like tree for the farmer, or worker tier ?The Acasia tree, that i put near my houses or industry with the brush, didn't stay when i reload the game. (They have just disappeared)Before reloadAfter reloadThanks Ubi
I would like to add some mods in the Multi-players with my friends but I am afraid that the game saves would crash due to the future update. Is that possible to freeze the version of the game and stop updating in Multi-players? I guess sing-player can but not sure if multi-players can also do that. Thanks,
Hey everyone! These are not bugs, just a couple of inconsistencies in text labels describing "foreign" production chains. I am talking about the small infotips which appear when hovering on productions, from the chain overview (bottom bar). As a general rule, I see all productions which don't belong to the region in which are displayed (= "foreign") contain this text, highlighted in red: "Construction only in Region". However there are a few exceptions:1) in the Scholars tab, all enbesan productions show "Constructable only in Enbesa". Here is a composed screenshot from Tailored Suits' production chain:😊 Then, I have a couple of suggestions, a bit more "redundant":In Enbesa - Fuel production chain, Oil Refinery shows 2 text labels, making clear that it can be produced both in Old World and New World.😊
Keep getting random "Matchmaking: Not Available" error messages. Nothing has changed on our end, fix your servers please.
I sometimes have the problem of never ending ticking sounds that production buildings make. When I zoom in, sometimes the sound does not stop until I end the game. I can leave the island, leave the region, even end the game and go to the menu. It only stops when I completely close the game. Anyone else experienced this?
I went back to go play the game and end every time I try to start it for the past few days keep getting told the service is currently unavailable. I'm hoping no cause it's my favorite of the anno series so far.

Regarding scholars missing from Residents in the Finance tab - that is because scholars do not provide any income and Finance tab is supposed to provide overview of your income and expenses. Since scholars don't provide income, their residences don't appear in Finance tab.To find scholars go to the Population tab instead.
@ banan1996.1996If that is the logic behind Scholars not in, the bug is different, most of the time Scholars are listed.
Why do all Fur production buildings recalculate the forest on each reload?
Thanks for this, Sir Harry - that's a very good question! Can you answer the questions below for me, to help me look into this?• How long does this process seem to take on each reload?• Does this happen only when you load a saved game, or are there other reloading situations when this can be observed?
@Ubi-Thrupney A) Very short interval until ready. B) On a full reload.~ OS / drivers are up to date / system is clean / no conflicts / game + launcher is verified and up to date.
Since the latest update, saving a game does not seem to keep working, even if it says game saved. It does not appear in the load games file.Same problem with a new game. When started and wishing to save, it says save failed...The new game looks like it is not recorded with the existing ones.In short, impossible to keep playing an existing game, and to start a new one...Really hope something can be done.
So for the second time my profile is gone, not the save but the whole game profile, this is the 2nd time this has happened and I had over 300 hours in this profile, I am not sure if I want to play anymore and have it happen again, has this happened to anyone else, I chatted with ubisoft but no real help.
As far as I know, the only method to exchange goods within the Anno commerce system is to make the shipe "take +50" or "deposit - 50" of a good X. With this kind of criterion it is difficould to set a production chain that is decentralized in nature. In fact, with the requirement of workers to fuel production, the decentralized method is required early game and between different maps. Fortunately, the setting "minimum stock at werehouse" the decentralization of goods is somewhat possible making feeder lines which take and deposits the exact same goods for every islands. The sold/buy threshold was good to get rid of possible excess production.I don't really know if I'm the only one but, with Docklands DLC, I feel this kind of operative actions show all their age in the Anno Games. In fact, when building continents with multiple docklands, it is required that every island has some kind of specialy production for export and import. The docklands DLC and the docklands operations are themselves dependant of the stock thresholds and sell thresholds. This makes it diffcoult to predict (I would say, decide) how much of a produced good fuels the internal market of intra islands economy and the export market. For example, I made an island called Siderulia which speciality was producing a good amount of iron derived products, while exporting the products and importing the necessary raw materials to make them. Let's say for example, that in this island I produce steel (this is an example), which is both a valid export material for the docklands and a necessary material for the internal market to build. Let's give for granted that I produce Iron for both the internal market and the docklands. Now comes the sluggishness of the werehouse thresholds (in my opinion): if I set a trade route to my main island, the treshold is the stock limit. If my trade route is too fast in bringing steel to my main Island the docklands will remain without steel to export. But since I use steel to gain raw materials too, it's a matter of essential importance that the docklands export should be fullfilled before the internal market. This is not possible because the selling threshold cannot be put lower than the stock threshold, neither I can set a threshold specific for the internal commerce. I don't really know if there's an intuitivi workaround, but I would say that the most simple solutions to this is giving more freedom of choice to the player by adding a trede-route threshold that can be set while setting the trade route in pretty much the same whay you can set it in the werehouse. This threshould would give the player the ability to better prioritize logistic relative importance of the islands too.I hope this post is not useless or redundant. I beg pardon for my bad english. I hope I've written this post in the right place: this is my first time posting so I'm a bit confused. Take a good day.
In First Person Mode (Anno 1800 has one in case you didn't know!!) you can complete a quest to become a fire fighter and spray water. However, after some experimenting I'm seemingly unable to impact fires even when in first person mode and spraying water. Is this intended, a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
Hello,I have a problem with a quest that cannot be completed. No pointer on quest to go to the point of interest. A little star on map.My game is in french. Quest is "La menace sur Kidusi"I presume the english name of the quest is "The cowing of Kidusi Antoni" (not sure).I already finish the storyline of Kidusi Antoni.I seems that 2 branches of the storyline were opened.Sandbox mode, vanilla, no mods. Game, GPU driver and PC updated. Can I make something to resolve this ?Feel free to contact me for any details.Thanks.
I haven't played the game in a long time after serious technical issues many months ago. I thought i would give it another go, and now the game frequently just hangs and freezes, sometimes for 5 mins. I have Radeon RX580; AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor; but only 8GB RAM. Very difficult to play.
Suggestion for 3 nice and simple mods
