I will say in advance that I didn't anticipate Harry dying this season, so the bios and psychological reports were originally written from his perspective. I have changed them to try to reflect the new direction of the story. Please feel free to reply to discuss your thoughts and or opinions on my designs.

Ability description:
Сүнс’s unique ability is the shadow matrix. This specialized device has both a short-range signal jammer and a thermal concealment cloak. Rather than wiping his image off electronic devices, his equipment jams nearby electronics and prevents anyone using thermal imaging devices from being able to see him while it is active. Solis can detect him as long as she is out range of his signal jammer. Mute’s signal jammers will deactivate his device when within range, unless his device is active before the signal jammers are deployed, in which case they can only activate once he stops using his ability.
Biography:
Dölgöön Altangerel excelled in science and language studies during his secondary education. He chose to attend the Mongolian University of Science and Technology where he studied Chinese, information technology, and engineering. He spent a year studying abroad at Beijing Institute of Technology where he studied electrical engineering, information engineering, and mechanical Engineering. After earning his bachelor’s degree, he joined the Mongolian Ground Force.
He rose through the ranks quickly; and acquired accolades for his skill with breaching protocols, reconnaissance, and marksmanship. His skills led to him being recruited to join the 084th Special Task Battalion. He has played a major role in the development of Mongolia’s Armed Forces Cyber Security Center. This and his actions during several high-profile hostage rescue operations brought him to Specialist Maxim "Kapkan" Basuda and Specialist Chul Kyung “Vigil” Hwa who both recommended him to me to join Ghosteyes.
Psychological Report:
Specialist Dölgöön “Сүнс” Altangerel has a formidable presence that makes his enemies and some fellow operators uneasy. It is an impressive tactic, but often, both in the field and over the course of everyday life, he tends to go unnoticed. He has often been described as being quiet, observant, and at times unpredictable. […]
Harry’s first meeting with Altangerel happened not in his office, but in the office of the Chief of General Staff of the Mongolian Armed Forces, General Baatar, who had requested to meet with him to discuss an operator he wanted me to consider joining Rainbow. We discussed the situation with Nighthaven along with some Rainbow’s previous operations. I know he was originally hesitant to have any Mongolian operators join Rainbow, but it appears his views changed after the Rainbow program’s multiple successful operations. Apparently General Baatar spoke very highly of Altangerel, which he described as a strong, determined individual who helped to innovate the Mongolian military. It is apparent from field reports and Harry’s discussion with General Baatar that while Dölgöön makes people uneasy, he is widely respected and often consulted for professional advice regarding cyber security, intelligence, and engineering. Harry was going to recommend him to join the Rainbow program, but he was killed before he could do; so I have offered him a position in Ghosteyes. […]
He previously trained with Specialist Erik “Maverick” Thorn on several occasions. He has also worked with Specialist Maxim "Kapkan" Basuda and Specialist Chul Kyung “Vigil” Hwa on multiple operations. What surprised me is that he gets along very well with Specialist Grace “Dokkaebi” Nam despite the differences in their personalities. […]
Outside of work, Altangerel donates his time to organizations dedicated to environmental conservation and educating people on Mongolian culture. He has already offered to teach me, Specialist Miles “Castle” Campbell, and Specialist Elias “Blitz” Kötz the Mongolian language and educate them on his country’s culture. He has also agreed to learn more about aviation mechanics and how to fly helicopters from Specialist Mina “Thunderbird” Sky. I believe he will make an excellent addition to Ghosteyes. […]

Explanation: We have operators from South Korea, Japan, Russia, and Hong Kong, but we currently don't have any operators from Taiwan or Mongolia. In Taiwan's case, it might be for any number of different reasons related to the current relationship between China and Taiwan. Mongolia though I am not really sure why the developers have not added anything from them. I know they don't have a very powerful military at this point in time, but at one point that country had on of the largest empires on the planet throughout human history. I think that on its own at least warrants some consideration. The other thing is too Mongolia's military is strengthening. They now have a cyber security center and working on possibly creating a Cyber Security Force to oversee the data center there. I thought would try to take advantage of this fact in order to try portray an operator from there in a more modern perspective.
I also wanted to create an operator to function in a way similar to counter enemy electronic devices and Mute's ability without having to use an emp. The shadow matrix can prevent defenders from monitoring enemy movements using electronic devices and serve as a counter to Warden while using his ability.

Ability description:
Incognitum’s special ability is the wraith touch. When within a close distance of an enemy, activating his ability will cause him to lunge forward and strike one of that enemy’s pressure points. Hitting an enemy once will render them unable to use their primary weapon for twenty seconds. Hitting an enemy again during those twenty seconds will leave them unable to use any of their weapons and will reset the duration of the restriction. If they get struck a third time, Incognitum will take them down to either knock them out or, if at that time other enemies’ positions are not known, he will interrogate them.
Shield carrying operators are immune to his ability. He and Caveira are immune to each other’s abilities, because of their similar skillsets. It is also important to note he can only use his ability while using his secondary weapon.
Biography:
We don’t have much information on Simon Toa’s life. He was born into a low-income family that lived in Vanuatu. Both of his parents were killed in car accident when he was a teenager. He excelled in school despite his trauma, but once he graduated, there were no records on his whereabouts for five years.
Then he joined the Grey Mercenary Group where he became an expert on firearms, reconnaissance, intel gathering, first aid, CQC, espionage, sabotage, and interrogation. He spent a lot of his free time learning different types of martial arts. He attended college to study biology, and psychology, particularly neuroscience, but what a lot of people didn’t realize was he didn’t do this to become a doctor; he did this expand his knowledge of pressure points located throughout the human body. After the group disbanded, he was hired by a private intelligence company to work as one of their senior field operators; although occasionally he worked as fugitive recovery agent in the US. He secretly worked for Six on multiple occasions to deal with that were considered too challenging or sensitive for other operators to deal with, which most of the Rainbow Six team, except for some of the intelligence operators, didn’t know he existed. Given the new situation with ordinances being stolen from Nighthaven by someone on the inside who knew most of our operators, it seemed necessary to bring him into the fold more by offering him a spot on the team and making him one of Rainbow’s Operation Staff.
Psychological Report:
Agent Simon “Incognitum” Toa is something of an enigma. He does not like to talk about himself much, except for his skillset and interest in working with people who have different professional backgrounds than him. We discussed a large number of different topics ranging from Rhesus Macaques he saw near a Florida airport, his training multiple types of martial arts, the socioeconomic conditions in less developed countries he has visited, and philosophy, which he is particularly passionate about. – Side note: He prefers to be called an agent because he views it as sounding less militaristic and more approachable than specialist. […]
I know from speaking with operators he has worked with in the past that he thrives in chaotic, unpredictable situations. In the field, he has an energetic, calculating demeanor. Although I have employed him in the past to perform tasks too sensitive for Rainbow’s teams to handle, there is still a lot about him I don’t know despite speaking to him multiple times. I don’t know what the full extent of what his abilities and expertise currently is. […]
Toa is driven both by a desire to improve the world around him by taking down dangerous criminals and terrorists and by a keen interest in expanding his skillset and improving his existing skills, which is likely what caused him to want to work with Specialist Elena María “Mira” Álvarez. He has a strong sense of moral responsibility causing to get along well with Specialist Miles “Castle” Campbell and Specialist Siu “Ying” Mei Lin when he met them recently. He has worked with Specialist Erik “Maverick” Thorn and Specialist Dominic “Bandit” Brunsmeier in the past during certain covert operations. His presence often makes other operators uneasy. […]
He was already a major covert agent for Rainbow, adding Toa to Ghosteyes will allow him to reach his full potential. My only concern is about ongoing conflicts with Specialist Eliza “Ash” Cohen due to the rigidity of her tactics. So far, the disagreements have been merely over differences in opinion over how to execute plans. As long as these disagreements don’t negatively impact their abilities to get his ability to get the job done in the field, I’m not too concerned. […]
Assessment performed by Specialist Samuel “Zero” Fisher
Explanation: I wanted to add more operators to become part of Rainbow's operations staff from a country that would otherwise would likely never have been discussed. I also wanted to create a design that could work to help function in a manner similar to Caveira, except for the attackers side, so I designed one who would use human pressure points to temporarily take away the enemies ability to use their weapons and, once unable to fight back, interrogate them.

Ability description:
Masah’s unique ability is the See Through Wall Scanner 20, or the STWS 20, a portable electric scanner that allows her to see enemy positions and the layout of a room without physically entering it as long as she is within a certain distance of the room she is scanning. Like Pulse, when she is using her device, she can’t use her weapons and it takes around five to six seconds to get your weapon after you stop using her ability. That being said she is particularly vulnerable while she is using her device. Mute’s signal jammers can stop her device from working while in their area of affect.
Biography:
We don’t know much about Mariem Fatma’s childhood, due to the fact she was born into slavery. We do know that she and her parents managed to escape from their captors when she was twenty years old and managed to immigrate to France. After having significant difficulty finding reliable employment, she enlisted in the Légion étrangère. She quickly gained a reputation for her skill in marksmanship, reconnaissance, and intelligence gathering; and she eventually joined the GCP of the 2nd Foreign Parachute Regiment. Her skillset, outstanding service record, and multiple successful missions caught the attention of Specialist Ryad “Jackal” Ramírez Al-Hassar who recommended her to me.
Psychological Report:
Specialist Mariem “Masah” Fatma loves to surprise people. She tends to be playful, but she is always patient and alert. Field reports indicate she often uses improvised tactics to achieve objectives. While her approaches are indeed unorthodox, they are often effective and difficult for the enemy to counter. […]
She processes information quickly, which is apparent by how she improvises in the field when plans don’t quite work as well as planned. While she does take risks, she is not reckless or overconfident. She carefully considers multiple courses of action before choosing to mobilize. She is highly adaptable both in regards to her tactics and in regards to her ability to survive in even the worse circumstances. […]
She is dealing with the trauma from her previous experiences in Mauritania. It was not just slavery that traumatized, but her perilous journey with her family to get to Morocco while trying to survive in the harsh desert conditions. I believe it was these experiences that influenced her take an interest in survivalism. Her experiences have greatly impacted her life, but it also appears to serve as a source of motivation, not only for her military service in France, but also for her volunteer work with various humanitarian groups. […]
She is respected by many of our operators. She has worked with Specialist Aria “Alibi” de Luca and Specialist Saif “Oryx” Al Hadid before, which she appears to be good friends with both based on their experiences. She was quick to make friends with Specialist Max "Mozzie" Goose, Specialist Grace “Dokkaebi” Nam, and Specialist Nienke “Iana” Meijer because of their shared interest in new innovative technologies. […]
It will be very important to ensure that she synergizes with her team in order for her to be effective in the field. I am confident that she will make an excellent addition to Rainbow. […]
- Captain Yumiko “Hibana” Imagawa, Viperstrike Squad Leader
Explanation: All of the French Rainbow Six operators are from GIGN, and since the developers appear to want to talk about major social and political issues based on the biographies and psychological reports of various operators in the game, I thought it would be a good idea to attempt to use a unit that has a famous history that was first made in world war II that takes foreign recruits, the French Foreign Legion, while also discussing some major issues as well. Masah's ability functions in a way that is very similar to Pulse, except some of her weapons would allow her to attack enemies from much further away. Unlike Glaz and Kali, she can choose between an sniper riffle and other types of weapons as her primary weapons allowing to be used in a wider variety of ways. Please note her codename means scan in Arabic.

Ability description:
Katadromeas’ unique ability is the sticky foam mine launcher, or the SFML. This device launches proximity mines that immobilize nearby any nearby operators when they explode. Stuck enemies can’t use their primary weapons. Other operators can help stuck operators escape. The mines can be destroyed by shooting at them or blowing them up with explosives. It is important to note that Caveira can’t interrogate operators stuck in foam until they are freed.
Biography:
Andreas Pantelis Drakos had wanted to be a soldier since he was young. His father was a commodore in Cyprus’ navy. Upon completing his secondary education, he immediately joined Cyprus’ army. He quickly rose through the ranks. His determination, ability to effectively command a wide array of forces, and his expertise on firearms, mechanical engineering, and chemistry caused him to be promoted to captain. He joined the Lochoi Oreinōn Katadromōn, which Drakos served in for nine years.
His skills and expertise in mechanical engineering, breaching protocols, reconnaissance, and marksmanship caused to him to eventually join Nighthaven after he left the military. Nighthaven helped to further hone his skills and learn more about electrical engineering, survival, and urban warfare. After working with them for six years, he left them to become a mercenary and security specialist for several PMCs. Eventually, the Cypriot National Guard asked him to return to help train some their special forces recruits on urban warfare. His involvement in several hostage rescue missions, and ability to successfully complete missions in even the most challenging of circumstances caught Specialist Alexsandr “Tachanka” Senaviev’s attention who recommended him to me to join Red Hammer.
Psychological reports:
I had heard about Specialist Andreas “Katadromeas” Pantelis Drakos before Specialist Eliza “Ash” Cohen recommended him to me. He is an attentive, inquisitive individual who is known for being somewhat hot headed at times. Drakos is known for his ability to get the job done, regardless of how bad the circumstances are. He is highly adaptable in regards to how he chooses to solve problems. […]
Drakos descends from a long line of military officers that have all served in the military of the Republic of Cyprus. I believe his father and grandmother played an important role in inspiring him to join the military. He is very close with his family, even after leaving the military to become a mercenary. National pride likely played a major role in his decision to join as well. He is driven by a strong desire to serve his country and to protect innocent people from harm regardless of the personal cost. […]
He has worked with Specialist Adriano “Maestro” Martello on several occasions, and they appear to know each other well. He has great deal of respect for Specialist Mike “Thatcher” Baker and Specialist Eliza “Ash” Cohen due their extensive experience in combat situations. He respects his fellow operators and goes out of his way to protect their wellbeing. […]
My only concern about Drakos is his hot-headedness, which from what I have observed so far does not appear to be a major problem at this point in time. As long as it does not interfere with ability to operate in the field, I am not too worried about it. I believe Drakos will make a good addition to the Rainbow program. […]
- Captain Jordan “Thermite” Trace, Red Hammer Squad Leader
Explanation: I thought it would be cool to have an operator that would not just slow down roamers, but immobilize them so they can't escape. Katadromeas' ability can be used to deny enemies access to an area and immobilize them to make it easier for other operators to take them out.
