After i post a topic here about my 3 month ticket i finally got answer from the support team. But guess what all they do is ask to do basic troubleshooting (which after 3 month they can guess that i'm already try that) and after that radio silence. It been a week now CAN i ask for support again ? And DO I HAVE to post here everytime just to get some attention.

I paid for the Year 8 Pass on Steam on the 24th Feb for when it was released. I am yet to receive any content even though I paid. I have opened a ticket and have not had an update since Tuesday. I am not happy with the service provided.
I own R6 on my xbox and I switched to my PC and I don't see it in my library for some reason, idk what to do rn.
I have completed every other operator challenge and have been unable to make any progress on the third lion challenge. I have been on this challenge for at least a week and have gotten numerous 'penetration' kills but the challenge has not progressed.
I am attempting to connect a phone number to my account so I can play ranked in Rainbow Six. Even though I have had my phone number for 3-4 years, I keep getting a message that the number is suspicious. I suspect this is because it is from a somewhat smaller carrier. I am trying to get in contact with a rep so that I may provide any information needed to prove it is legitimate. However, after a week of trying to contact support, and them giving me the WRONG hours of live support in a ticket I opened about this, I am desperate to receive some actual help so that I may play with my friends.
a while ago the servers were in r6 dawn because it was supposed to be ubdate, i didn't know about it because in the game after finishing i put , connect to next game .through the menu it didn't work though, which i didn't know. so right after turning on the next game i got an error and found out the server was down for 8 min, so i waited, updated and after turning it on i got banned for 24 hours.I disagree with the ban I put quite a bit of money into the game and just because of a chibe I get banned? Yes it's been 3 ban already funny thing is I didn't do either ban on purpose because for some reason when turning on r6 match on ps4 it sometimes crashes to desktop but I didn't mind because it was for 1h and 2h but for a day is pretty excessive
I feel as if being able to cancel a match and get a player banned within 30 seconds of them leaving is a bit unfair. Today I loaded into a ranked game and had an audio bug where i could not hear my team or any sound in the ban phase for that matter. I typed in team chat saying i was going to reset my game and be back in time for the first round. 30 seconds later i am greeted to a 24 hour ban because they cancelled the match.
I have been trying to connect to R6S and for some reason nothing is working, it comes up with this error, i've looked everywhere to see if there is a solution... can someone help please. thank yu 🙂
I cant talk in games as it doesnt let me choose a voice chat input device. it is greyed out and says "N/A"

Hello, few days ago I launched r6 and some of my operators disappeard and are shown that i dont own them, although I had them yesterday. The operators are Buck, Blackbeard, Capitao, Hibana, Jackal, Ying, Zofia, Dokkaebi, Valkyrie, Caveira, Echo, Lesion, Ela and Vigil. Is this some sort of bug or what should I do. I dont want to have to earn them again. I already reached to ubi support but no response. Thank you

I own Future Soldier and played the games for quite some times and realize there's an award for it in Siege that I can not claim doesn't matter if I bought it on Uconnect or Steam, same thing I suppose. So how do I unlock it ? or cause the server is no longer online so I can't ?

All of my friends cannot see eachother online. Sometimes one of us is lucky and can actually be seen online, however if you're "invisible" you cannot send invites, get uPlay notifications of any sort, or do much of anything except solo queue.What is "invisible"? This is when you sign into uPlay, you're actually flagged as "online" and can be seen in the sub menu of Siege as online. Your indicator on uPlay (around your profile picture) will actually be set to "invisible". Setting this to anything will do nothing at all. When a friend goes to send you a message you will be noted as "invisible" regardless of status, unless you actually set it to "invisible" (appear offline) then your status will be set to offline, which is really weird by itself. Typically you know if you're impacted by this bug if you sign into uPlay and automatically set to appear offline.Another sign that you're impacted, in the overlay in game, if you go to the top left tab for your profile overview, you'll have an "online status" and that will be marked as "invisible" and you cannot change it despite trying.Things I have tried:
Bottom line:This is a server side issue that needs resolving ASAP. The only work around was disabled (open party to join) for whatever reason. This is a failure of a product and platform. I am open to any suggestions, but I have a strong feeling nothing will work, because as I've said, I have basically confirmed this is a server side issue.Impacted accounts:
Good evening everyone!I've been trying to play ranked with a buddy of mine since last season, but we can't due to 2FA. The weird thing is, however, that both os us can solo queue: the problem only show itself when we are in a party. Any solutions?
There is a bug that causes a significant frame rate drop/freeze when exiting a building (performing a run-out) while playing Training Grounds Lone Wolf - Protect Hostage. On my Xbox One X and Xbox One consoles, the game typically renders 65 to 85 fps unlocked. Immediately upon leaving the building and passing into the "red wall" caution area, the frame rate momentarily drops to about 45 fps (Xbox One X) or 25 fps (Xbox One) along with a 0.5-1.0 second "stutter" in the action. This is not just a visual bug; the game momentarily freezes and then skips forward.This bug was introduced with the Y8S1 Operation Commanding Force update. It causes serious problems when attempting any sort of run-out against the AI, as it throws off your aim and timing. It is necessary to go outside in Protect Hostage, as the AI frequently gets "stuck" in the outside areas; you have to go out there and hunt them down in order to proceed to the next round.It is very easy to reproduce. It occurs on every map and every time you run out of the building through a door or window. You can go back and forth across the threshold, and it happens every time. It does NOT happen when re-entering the building - only when exiting.Please note the game is set to unlocked frame rate for PvE (V-Sync is turned Off). Also, my Xbox One X is using HDMI-Variable Refresh Rate to a TCL TV and my Xbox One is using a fixed 60 Hz refresh rate to a Sony TV.
Lately, whenever I've matchmade in siege I land on west europe's servers/data centers. This frustrates me because I'm on eu central where I have the best ping. I also play on console, so I can't change it.What happens is that when I'm in the main menu, it displays eu central as my current data center. If I make a private match, or go into t-hunt, it's still eu central. But when I go into an online lobby it swaps to west europe and my ping goes from 9-20 to 50-60. It is very noticable.I'm always the host in my group of friends, so all of us are forced to play with higher ping. I tried not being the host, but to no avail. Regardless of what I do, it just forces me into matches with high ping, and since I play on console, I can't change it.Are the eu central servers down? Why am I being forced to play on a different server?One time it took me into an arabian server, but the matches after were fine.What is going on?
