I have a problem with loggin in to the R6FIX Website. I always get a message that I dont meet the requirements to access the content. What does that mean and how can I fix it?

I just downloaded ubisoft connect on my pc as well as the xbox game pass. When i click "install" rainbow six on the microsoft store (i have game pass), it brings me to the ubisoft connect app. Once it brings me to the app though, it tries to load for a second or two and then just shows a grey screen. im already logged in on the ubisoft app. anybody know how i can fix this and download the game? I'm going to cancel the game pass if it doesn't work.

Or does anyone know if the ubisoft app is having issues?

my whole screen starts glitching whenever i have the ubisoft app open. I've checked for updates and there's none

My operator specialist progressions aren't completed even if I complete the missions in unranked or ranked game. Is it a bug or just happen to me?

Me and my brother use the same computer with different users, and my brother started playing R6, but the matchreplay files are being saved in the same folder, so in my account I can see his replays and he can see mine, I don't have a big problem with that, but if I want to see my replays the next day and if he plays the game, my replays won't be there, it would be his replays.
It might be hard to fix, I don't know, I just want to share this information.

So, I own Splinter Cell Blacklist and I own Ghost Recon Future Soldier. The Splinter Cell skin unlocked immediately after playing for 5 seconds, but the skin isn't showing in my P90 skin list yet. The Ghost Recon skin isn't claimable yet for some reason. I keep seeing that I need to play for 1hr+ but the game keeps crashing on me, so I literally can't. 

Any chance you can just give me the skins or unlock the rewards for me? You can check my account and see that I have the games in my library. Thanks.

On March 28, 2022 I've got an issue, that r6fix site persistantly loading, but with no result. I've removed all cookies for r6fix and I could see an issues, but after log in I still had a problem with infinite loading. I've wrote to Ubisoft Support.
So the issue persist till now, so is there any other users, who experience same problem? Is it fair to have unworking site for 3 months?

I forgot my password to my account and am trying to get it reset but when I click for it to send me and email, I get no email.
