Hi!! I have been playing rainbow for a couple of months and generally never have any issues with the game crashing or fps or anything really but my game always crashes on the yacht map no mattter what it always crashes the game.. no other map does it and i have no other issues then this..
im not to sure what to do or why any help or anything pls its starting to get really annoying?!!!!

My squad and I have been disconnected a few times in the beginning/middle of ranked matches, and then it will not let us reconnect, we have tried restarting the game, restarting the computer and it still hasn't worked. It usually happens to one person, but it puts our whole squad at a disadvantage and then that person cannot reconnect which results in an unfair ban for 1+ hour(s).

I don't understand how every time I try to play this game with my friends there's always a problem with trying to invite someone or joining the party or something else to do with Ubisoft Connect. It's been 8 years and they still are twiddling their thumbs trying to figure out how to fix this bs. No one wants Ubisoft Connect. Why even put their games on Steam and Epic Games if you're just gonna force people to use your [censored] unusable platform?

Hello, my username is rinrawrchu.BIF and have sent a ticket on 26 February 2023 (Sunday) regarding a wrongful ban on my Rainbow Six: Siege account.

 I have played 1k+ hours (3 years) on the game without any issues and suddenly there's a ban on not only my account, but many others (including my friends). I stream this game as well as I really love this game but since there has been no response regarding my wrongful ban, I have been very doubtful of your support team. I would at least like a response regarding my issue on ticket, which has been kept in the dark for far too long. I understand that the support team has been dealing with a lot of tickets in R6: Siege but really? 7 days with NO response?

This is reflecting really badly on not only the game, but your company as well. There has been no announcements to address this issue and it has caused a lot of anxiety to the player base who has been affected.

If there are any other players who have been affected by this false ban wave, please help me raise this issue by liking this post. This has affected many players who have been accused of cheating for no reason at all.

Whichever staff is reading this, you better be replying me either here or towards my ticket. This is really outrageous and unprofessional.

I have been playing this game for 3000+ hours and as of today i spent 40minutes trying to join my friends to play and couldnt. This is the only game i know that have this issues since it was released 8 years ago.. unacceptable.

I have tried reinstalling the game, resetting my router, using vpn but nothing works. The game connects to servers only once in 100 attempts. Does anyone know why its happening and the fix?

My phone was broken months ago, so I asked Ubisoft support to disable 2-step authentication for me.
I did not reactivate 2-step authentication and a week later r6s told me my account was permanently banned.
My account was 7 years old and I do not use cheats in games.

I contacted battleye, they didn't answer me. Though the ban was not informed by battleye.
Ubisoft support just told me they won't unban me.

A player is banned because he disabled 2-step authentication.
I have my share of responsibility but this case is too obvious.

7 years old clean account > disable 2-step authentication > "caught cheating" > permanent banned

Punishing cheaters is good but how can you tell if the player is hacked?

I am not 100% sure whether my account was hacked or not.
If that was not the case then I don't know why this happened.
I have just played one game after disabling 2-step authentication, to check if I can login and play the game.
I didn't even play the game after that and one week later I was banned.

Ubisoft team don't have measure to handle this kind of situation.
Please unban my account.

I never got the battle points when I logged in for the new year

logged in into my main account and I was looking for a skin in my inventory, but the skin wasn't in my game, and is it possible if you guys can put it back in my account.

I have recently merged my account from ps4 to pc and all the things I once had on ps4 are not there on my pc or PlayStation and

So, I own Splinter Cell Blacklist and I own Ghost Recon Future Soldier. The Splinter Cell skin unlocked immediately after playing for 5 seconds, but the skin isn't showing in my P90 skin list yet. The Ghost Recon skin isn't claimable yet for some reason. I keep seeing that I need to play for 1hr+ but the game keeps crashing on me, so I literally can't. 

Any chance you can just give me the skins or unlock the rewards for me? You can check my account and see that I have the games in my library. Thanks. 

Just completed step 3 of Hibana operator challenges and I didn't get the packs or renown, restarted my game and it says they've already been claimed yet I still have no reward.
