I purchased the React Tech Bundle for Rainbox Six Extraction on the 5th of January about half past eight at night but it still hasn't shown up as usable within the game.

I reported this on the Ubisoft Help page and was told where I could find the items in game, I already knew where they should be because that's where I went to get to the store to buy them.

I responded to the ticket including screenshots showing the items weren't available to me and haven't heard anything since. It's now 7 days since I made the purchase and still don't have the items.

The question above is stating the question.

Is React Tech a one time purchase?

Last time I was playing the game is Eclipse event. After that I uninstalled the game and some time passed until yesterday. A day ago, I wanted to check the game news and saw a new event came. I decided to download the game and I did it. I had no problems while downloading the game. After It finished, I clicked the play button. That little downloading screen came up. The screen with cloud synchronization and other things. Then the other small screen came up after it. And then "Oh no, It crashed" screen. I checked my GPU update and Windows Update too. But nothing changed. What should I do?

Hi, my playtime shows 2500 h on ubiconnect stats but i played only 80, it's frustrating, please fix this somehow. cheers

I am experiencing random crashes, sometimes every 1-2 rounds, sometime every 3-5. But it is making even casual play with my friends impossible so I cannot even really get into ranked due to it as well. I have been all over forums and various websites looking at potential solutions. I experience a freeze for a few seconds then a crash to desktop. Sadly I can't seem to view the crash log and when I do it's empty so I cannot really specify what the issue is. Thus far I have tried a ton of fixes. I updated all my GPU drivers, I used Vulkan mode, I ran as administrator. I have reinstalled and verified files too. Ontop of that I have disabled all anti-virus and background programs, and turned off spatial sound for my headset. I'm genuinely out of ideas and options for a way to fix this hence why I am coming here. Any ideas on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks!.

Hello, I was looking at videos and the website for the game. I notice that it is always stated that "solo" or "squad of 3". Can you also play with 2 players? Is that supported? Or is the game just not balanced to have 2 players but still a possibility?

Finka’s level 10 upgrade description is “Gain 4 Health Boost per second, up to a total of 40 Health Boost.”

But if you look at the level 10 Finka’s info
“anyone within 10 meters replenishes 3 Health per second, up to a total of 30 Health Boost.”

The description and info are different.
