The 1968 Chevrolet Corvette F1R3 Ed. (Touring Car) suspension bug is a bit more odd. After the Season 8 update, the stock height is oddly higher than it used to be from what I remember. When support staff finally reply again after their first ridiculous and robotic reply, they spam me with links to dumb things like https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/connectivity-and-performance/article/verifying-game-files-in-ubisoft-connect-pc/000060529 as well as a massive list of links to all the other platforms that I clearly don't even is just robotic behavior. If your staff only checked what platform I used to play this game by using information your company obviously has on hand, you'd know not to spam me a big generic list of links to get lost in. Your support tickets are so slowly dealt with and the replies are appalling. It's worse than contacting government organizations. You're supposed to be an entertainment company, but you act like you're a lobby group against us at every single step. Your support ticket emails asked me to upload files of a problem and then closed the ticket anyway when clearly I have already uploaded the video of an issue to youtube and sent the link. BUT THEN your support staff email says to me as point number 9 to upload to youtube if the file exceeds the upload allowance for your website. I already did this. Why are you guys gaslighting me like I'm some kind of enemy? Are these support staff actual robots? What the heck is going on? Is anyone in control ever seeing and acting on our complaints, or is it just low level peons processing data? It's definitely the latter, that's for sure.
I even came along and asked in another thread if they "can't" or "won't" give me my parts back, the reply to me was a link back to the original reply to me that you can't, literally not even bothered to treat me like a human. That's just an absolutely abusive way to communicate with someone.
Your "Support" is absolutely disgusting and there seems to be no way to get any help apart from a disingenuous "Thanks for your feedback" being shoved down your throat, that's disgusting.
And after so many years you still won't fix the black screen issue in multiplayer crews that plague the game and cause great frustration to us all. The only expectation from telling you guys that is somehow I will have to verify my files, even though it happens to everyone and all the time.
Whoever is running this sham of a support should be ashamed of themselves. Not once has any feedback I've given been acted upon, yet you ask for it anyway. I'm totally disillusioned by your corrupt practices and attitude toward customers.

Sick of everyone treating us folks like we're nothing, worthless and not worthy of even a kind gesture of a repair of an error (Whether it be from my end or yours) I made a mistake and deleted 2 parts and I want them back, but you won't even give it to me as a gesture and tell me to be careful next time. I would have appreciated that, but I guess that's asking too much from a multimillion dollar gaming company. Too big to give a hoot about just one customer's concerns.
