Let me start by saying I LOVE THIS GAME. I have over 405 HR 24 MIN 7 SEC invested into it and I am a daily player. I know, it's a lot. I login daily to collect Opal mainly since all of the quests and maps are completed. Opal is the 'dangling carrot' that keeps daily players like me coming back -- the hope that one day we might get rewarded for our daily dedication to the game and actually buy something from Reda that is either highly desired, useful or both.

I currently have over 1,700 Opal saved up because frankly, the offerings from Reda have been awful. I am posting this HERE in the Support forums because Reda's Shop system is not working as intended. It can't possibly be. Let me explain.

Starting last month I began to track the weekly and daily items for sale by Reda. An overwhelming 75% has been tattoos or settlement decorations. That is unacceptable. Looks broken.

We applauded Ubisoft when they increased Reda's weekly offerings from 3 to 6! It brought the promise of more useful items to spend our Opal on and more motivation to login daily.

However, over time more and more Helix packs have been released and the amount of tattoos, settlement decorations, longship cosmetics has drastically increased. This is making Reda's RNG for Opal buyers a losing proposition. And in turn, is going to drive away the daily players.

Suggestion: Of Reda's 6 Weekly items, there should be one of each category: Armor, Weapon, Mount/Bird, Tattoo, Settlement decoration, Longship cosmetic. Simple right?

The second problem with the current iteration of Reda's store is the REPEATED OFFERINGS. Why on Earth are we being offered the same items 3 or 4 times?? It should never happen.

I hope Ubisoft considers revamping the way Reda does business because this version is a real turn off. Literally, turning off the game after seeing what he has to offer. =/

The off center camera is very disorientating.
Ive seen a number of other people say the same online about how they feel sorta dizzy with the character off to the left instead of centered.
I don’t get why games started to do this. At least give us the options, characters to the left, center or right.

also not bothering me so much but a lot of people seem to have issue with the zoomed out camera in the battles which takes you out of been submerged.

in origins I used to start playing on the weekends at 8pm and I’d play for what felt to be an hour then realize it was 5am. No chance of this happening in vallaha with the way the cameras keep taken me out of it.

Crashes everytime I return to settlement fast traveling and loads up fine but when I go to fishing hut boy it crashes everytime. What's up with all the crashes of late with ac Valhalla?

I play Valhalla since a few months after released, and was excited with every new mission, every DLC and more.
But now we're in the final update and still don't have a New Game Plus feature, and the only answer i can find is "The team don't think it's rewarding"
With all due respect, that's the entire point of a New Game Plus, relive the game experience without needing to stop all the story missions just to complete a weapon or an armor set we find cool and useful.

If the person stumbles upon an armor chest where was supposed to have an armor that the player already has, just change to the local region ingots.

The absence of a New Game Plus is excluding a bunch of people that want to see Eivor's journey again but without the forced grind of a first gameplay.

Yeah, exists people who replay the game from start, but that's why the NG+ is optional for the player. If you want to grind from the beginning again, you can, but if you want to just replay in a more relaxed way, you can't.

Since that is unlikely that we receive this feature, i cannot just let this go without pointing that this decision made the game a "one time only" game for a huge part with the community.

I don't normally post stuff like this but I am so angry and frustrated that I felt that I needed to. I've never seen such terrible fishing mechanics in a game. First off, a lot of fish are acquirable on the coast somewhere where the game encourages you to use a raft to get to them. You have to move with the schools of fish, only for the boat to break apart and have to swim to shore. The most frustrating of all is where I'll finally catch what I'm looking for and the fish gets caught on a rock or better yet, keeps swimming under the boat and Eivor won't reel it in. So many hours wasted on this ridiculous and extremely not fun activity. To top it off, Eivor doesn't move with the fish; he/she faces one direction going as far as to try and reel over their shoulder instead of turning to keep in front of it. As I stated, the most frustrating experience in the game so far. If you're going to put something like this in the game, don't make it a requirement to complete something because it's not fun and buggy as hell.

20 minutes battling, taking down to 1/3 life, throwing into fire, and Charles the Far won't die.

I seriously do not know what just happened but the river raid literally went FUBAR in a matter of seconds and lost all 8 crewmembers because I didn't have any rations I had four but somehow the disappeared and also couldn't find any mushrooms, berries a d other stuff to make rations upand it is as if the rations disappeared from my inventory. The only successful part about the raid was I managed to slip in and grab a river mapclue and a skillbookbut had to retreat.

I've watched all the vids I can find, read what forum posts I can find, and tried to light all 10 braziers multiple upon multiple times, but the fires will not stay lit.
Is there some trick to getting them to stay lit? Starting from the fast travel point at the tower, the first one lights fine. As does the second. But by the time I'm at the very next building, the first brazier goes out. I'll stay "on the wall" as much as possible, jumping as needed. I've tried walking around the stones into the snow, and can even walk with the camera backwards and I can watch the first brazier go out...every time. Continuing on, thinking it might just be the first one with the problem, the 2nd brazier goes out as well by the time I'm a similar distance out again. I'm not a massive trophy nut, but this all makes no sense to me and I'd like to figure out if I'm doing something wrong. (in case asked, yes, I've gone out to the animus and come back, yes, I've 'restored the licences", twice now, and yes, I'm certain I'm trying the ten proper braziers, including the last up the tower by the corpse". They all go out when a certain distance away is covered. So please, I could use some help. I feel like I'm missing something but can't figure it out. (oh, and I'm on a ps5).

I am still having a similar issue. I did not kill Calder, but one of my first attempts at quietly listening to the ceremony, I was discovered. I came back 2 more times and believe I saw the ceremony undetected, but when I left, this mission did not end. I've meditated several times to get to night, and still nothing. 2nd to last time I killed all enemies, leaving Calder. Nothing. Went back and now Calder is gone, but I'm still being told to watch the ceremon.

It is not possible to load a previous autosave because the previous save after the task failed, I do not have an old previous save

As devastated as I am to not get new game plus or the ability to reset the regions or the ability to re engage with the most fun and challenging opponents in the game (the knights of the order) I'm grateful you guys actually fixed the bug I reported with the jorogiri sword 🙃🫠😮‍💨
