ACOrigins is crashing when i am diving in water.Please tell me how can i solve this issue.My PC meets the specs to run it.This problem is happennig for 1 month and i do not understand why.

Hi everyone. I´m recently started play ACO on PC.
All goes good after 10 hours. but recently any time I get into whater the jsut crash :c
Does anyone know how to fix it?

I try to play in low graphics and 60 fps, but still crashing

PC aspects:
RTX 3050
Intel i512400f
16G RAM

For Origins and Odyssey everything is okay, but Valhalla:

I wanted to replay AC4 only to be met with the game not launching, after spending about 2 hours of troubleshooting (Trying giving admin rights to game .exe and the Ubisoft client, different compatibility options, disabling game overlay, and cloud sync)
Nothing worked. However, I did find the solution which was to go into offline mode and the game launched without issue. Also, I did try to launch Freedom Cry to see if the same issue persisted, but that game launched without any issue in online mode. So from what I can gather, the issue is not on my end but rather a connection issue between some Ubisoft server and AC4 when trying to launch in online mode. I also see some window popping up for a brief milisecond which I deduced was an error window, but given how short the window lasts, I cannot see what the error message is. I just wanted to make this post to let Ubisoft staff know about the issue.

I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop with i7-11800H and RTX 3060. I bought the game few days ago. The game crashed today no less than 30 times. It would crash when I go underwater, meditate, roam in cities. And now I was doing the cutscene with the big snake and It crashed. I can't even turn back against the mission. Because of the autosave, it takes me in the snake temple. I was enjoying the game before all this, but this is too infuriating. I tried looking for past solution to similar cases, but none of them worked for me. I'm literally stuck in a cutscene.

Does anybody have an idea what to do for debugging the issue?

Any help is appreciated.

I bought the game from Epic and it runs through the Ubisoft launcher.
I put the subtitles and audio in Portuguese BR but all the game menus are in English.
I can't find in the game's menus how to change this.

Comprei o jogo na Epic e ele executa pelo launcher da Ubisoft.
Coloquei as legendas e áudio em Português BR porém todos os menus do jogo estão em Inglês.
Não encontro dentro nos menus do jogo como alterar isso.

I bought game on steam, gold edition, and when I want to enter multiplayer, game just shut down.

I've had countless crashes since I installed this game, I didnt play it before patch 1.6 so idk how it was but from what I've read it was stable.

the crashes I encountered were in random places and specifically during cutscense, when scanning water, desert or a city, when diving into water, almost any rendering causes a crash.

I tried everything from closing running apps in the background to stopping all services and disabling overlays from all programs, tried running the game with different settings aswell, NOTHING worked.

my PC setup:

CPU: Intel i5 9600k (overclocked)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3090
RAM: 32GB 3600 C16 (XMP ON)
OS: Windows 10 pro
Nvidia driver version: 531.29 (latest driver) <=== the reason behind all the crashing

HOW I FIXED IT:

Hi all,

I have posted before but the respons i got was not what i hoped for.
So the issue is severe frame drops and screen tearing after about half an hour / an hour of playing the game on the Xbox Series X.
With VRR its still very visible and the frame dips are way to severe to be able to enjoy the game (after playing for half an hour / an hour). crowded places and cities are a real pain at those moments.
The Respons i got was that it is known but no longer looked into.

The thing is, this issue was there before at the release of the game, then it was solved but ever since the latest update its back, so my question is, why can this not be fixed? Its been fixed before.

I Really hope you take a look at the issue, because this is again a game for me that's not being fixed (WD Legion), i really like the Ubisoft games and know the amount of time that goes in to bug solving, but i almost buy every ubisoft game at launch so i do invest in them and would really appreciate getting my money worth.

I have finished Hermes's homie and every story has an ending and i have not received trophies. What should I do?

My AC Odyssey keeps crashing when my character gets to a certain spot-- the last part of the Escape from Athens quest, where you meet Phidias at the port of Piraeus. There's a loud buzzing through the headphones, then crashes to the main Xbox screen.

I've tried updating, turning off internet, shutting down the xbox, trying to access that quest from different angles, doing a different quest then coming back later, etc. I've had crashes on other play throughs, but this is the only time that it always crashes when I'm at a certain location. I can't proceed with the story until I complete this quest.

What else can I do that won't make me lose progress (this is new game+)?

Today new nvidia card driver update showed. I updated and now I can dive but only for 10-20 sec and the game crash and close. Pls do something. No I do not want rollback, why Ubi not solve the problem faster? The game have not been working well for almost 1 month.

On Ubisoft Connect it mentioned that I had access to AC Unity's exclusive rewards, (outfit color, a weapon, and some gear). It said that I have access. However, when I got on to Unity, all the rewards are still locked. It also states that I must connect my Uplay to my PS4 (which it was). I've tried unlinking and relinking my account, but that didn't work. Is there any other way I can acquire these rewards?
