Hello, i just bougth ACO before a half week on steam. Its a great game but everytime when im diving the game crashes, aktough i have more than 60 FPS the whole time. I tried every tips i could get, but nothing helped, please Ubisoft fix this [censored]!

I killed everyone in the cave. I killed the person with the key with an arrow with ability to pass through the rock, well now the key shows up inside the rock wall but there is no way to access it. I have left and come back, more druids show up and I kill them but key is still in the wall. Therefore I cannot get the guy out of the cell and complete the quest. Thanks for any help.

I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop with i7-11800H and RTX 3060. I bought the game few days ago. The game crashed today no less than 30 times. It would crash when I go underwater, meditate, roam in cities. And now I was doing the cutscene with the big snake and It crashed. I can't even turn back against the mission. Because of the autosave, it takes me in the snake temple. I was enjoying the game before all this, but this is too infuriating. I tried looking for past solution to similar cases, but none of them worked for me. I'm literally stuck in a cutscene.

Does anybody have an idea what to do for debugging the issue?

Any help is appreciated.

I recently started playing AC Origins, and while I often experience lag and freezing for no apparent reason, I recently started experiencing game crashes at the same point, everytime I reach it. In the past, the lag and freezing would halt my game for a few seconds, then it would return to normal. This time however, the game freezes and then crashes. It happens as soon as I start the cutscene after reaching Halma's point. At first, I thought it was the trees that was crashing my game, but no matter what direction I look, as soon as I reach the cutscene the game freezes, then crashes.

My current specs are as follows:

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz  3.30 GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition: Windows 11 home

Is there any fix for this? I'm not willing to revert my drivers because I have other systems on my PC that require updated drivers.

hi i have a little problem with collecting the tresources from the hoard maps currently the treasures from scripescire and southsaxe monk hut are not collectable for me there is no treasure to pick up on the right location (checked it out on help sides) even with the map collected

Hey guys if you're having crash issues in Ac Origins crashes when diving into water, every 10 minutes or so
and int he missions or in the soul eater mission cutscene install the Nvidia driver listed below from the Nvidia driver website it fixed all the issues for me

Hi all,

I have posted before but the respons i got was not what i hoped for.
So the issue is severe frame drops and screen tearing after about half an hour / an hour of playing the game on the Xbox Series X.
With VRR its still very visible and the frame dips are way to severe to be able to enjoy the game (after playing for half an hour / an hour). crowded places and cities are a real pain at those moments.
The Respons i got was that it is known but no longer looked into.

The thing is, this issue was there before at the release of the game, then it was solved but ever since the latest update its back, so my question is, why can this not be fixed? Its been fixed before.

I Really hope you take a look at the issue, because this is again a game for me that's not being fixed (WD Legion), i really like the Ubisoft games and know the amount of time that goes in to bug solving, but i almost buy every ubisoft game at launch so i do invest in them and would really appreciate getting my money worth.

I slid down the ramp but I didn’t have all 50 Silica. So now it’s my understanding that I am completely trapped. Can’t climb backup up the ramp. Can’t activate the exit.

On Ubisoft Connect it mentioned that I had access to AC Unity's exclusive rewards, (outfit color, a weapon, and some gear). It said that I have access. However, when I got on to Unity, all the rewards are still locked. It also states that I must connect my Uplay to my PS4 (which it was). I've tried unlinking and relinking my account, but that didn't work. Is there any other way I can acquire these rewards?
