We are pilot testing a new program called Ubisoft Creator Codes, where players can support their favorite creators anytime they make a qualified purchase in the Ubisoft Store*.
Select creators will promote their creator code to their communities via social media. You can follow the steps outlined below to help them earn money when you make a qualified purchase using their code.
*Creator codes can be used in the Ubisoft Store for all countries and regions except for the Latin America region and Russia.
How to support your favorite creator:
Step 1: Click the “Add a promo code and/or creator code” field on the right side of the checkout summary page.
Step 2: Enter the creator code in the box and click "Apply".
Step 3: If the code is eligible, you will see a green check mark and the creator will earn money after your checkout is complete.
At this time, only a limited number of creators are able to participate in the Ubisoft Creator Codes program, but more creators will be added in the future!

The Ubisoft Creator Codes program is a revenue-sharing program in which select content creators will be able to earn money (commissions) based on qualified purchases made in the Ubisoft Store (web, mobile, or Connect PC launcher) in select territories using their unique creator code.
The Ubisoft Creator Codes program is one component of a larger initiative, the Ubisoft Creators Program, where content creators are provided with various opportunities along with unique incentives and benefits to enhance their content, connect with their communities, and help grow their channels.
Creator codes can be used in the Ubisoft Store for all countries and regions except for the Latin America region and Russia.
Please note that creator codes are not country-specific. You do not have to be in the same country as the creator you would like to support in order to use their code. For example: a customer in the US can enter the creator code of a creator from the United Kingdom if they choose.

At this time, customers will not receive anything in return for making a purchase using a creator code (other than the satisfaction of supporting your favorite creator!) We will keep this as a consideration for advancing the Ubisoft Creator Codes program in the future. However, you can apply both a promo/discount code and a creator code to the same order.
Note: For technical reasons, you will see a one cent deduction from your order amount after you enter an eligible creator code. This will not prevent you from applying an additional promo/discount code to your order.
Yes, you can enter both a promo code and a creator code during the checkout step. Please note that the commission the creator receives is calculated after all promotions, discounts, and taxes/VAT have been removed from the purchase amount.
Note: For technical reasons, you will see a one cent deduction from your order amount after you enter an eligible creator code. This will not prevent you from applying an additional promo/discount code to your order.
Customers can enter a creator code in the “Add a promo code or creator code” field of the Ubisoft Store checkout section. Once a creator code has been entered and validated, and after the transaction is completed, the associated creator will be eligible to earn a commission based on the purchase amount (as long as the product(s) is not returned or the order is refunded for any reason). Only one creator code can be entered for each purchase.
Creator codes can only be used in the Ubisoft Stores of the following countries at this time: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Participating creators will be promoting their creator code on their various social media and content channels. If a code is not validated during the checkout process, it is not eligible as part of the Ubisoft Creator Codes program.
Creators are eligible to receive a commission when their creator code is used during the purchase of any PC items in the Ubisoft Store, except for any recurring subscription services (e.g. Ubisoft+, Rocksmith+), products that only contain Virtual Currency/Credits, gift cards, or Ubisoft Wallet credits. Creators are not eligible to receive commission for any purchase of non-PC games or items.
These conditions are subject to change as the Ubisoft Creator Codes program evolves.
The standard commission rate that eligible creators may earn is 7% of the purchase of all eligible products, excluding taxes/VAT and after all discounts and promotions are applied. The Ubisoft Creator Codes program is currently in pilot testing, and therefore the standard commission rate is subject to change as the program evolves. Increased commission rates can also be offered during limited time periods, at Ubisoft’s discretion.
Creators will not receive a commission for any purchased items that are later returned, refunded, cancelled, or determined to be purchased fraudulently.
No. Ubisoft attributes one commission per transaction, and it is always the "last action" that triggers a commission. Because entering a creator code is considered the "last action" when making a purchase (even if, for instance, you entered the store via an affiliate link), this will supersede all other affiliate or loyalty programs and could prevent you from earning points, cash back, etc. as a result. For example, if you normally receive loyalty rewards or cash back from purchases made in the Ubisoft Store, but you also use a Creator Code at check out, then you may not receive any loyalty rewards or cash back from the transaction. Instead, the creator may earn the commission.
