YOUR EVENT GUIDE TO THE RAINBOW SIX PRO LEAGUE SEASON X APAC FINALS

The Pro League Season X Asia-Pacific LAN Finals kick off on Saturday, October 19th, and we are thrilled for this action-packed weekend of competitive Rainbow Six!

With the APAC region hosting its first Pro League in Japan this season, the stakes of these Finals are higher than ever! Eight fearsome teams from across four regions (Australia-New Zealand, Japan, Southeast Asia, and South Korea) are ready to battle out for a regional crown and two spots to represent the region in Aichi!

Whether it is your first time watching a Rainbow Six competition or you are a longtime fan looking for an overview of what to expect, this guide’s got you covered!

**WHO’S COMPETING?

** The qualified teams are:

• Cyclops Athlete Gaming (Japan): After qualifying for the Raleigh Major in August, this up and coming Japanese team have gained valuable experience and since then have come through their region as 1st seed.. Will it be enough to advance to the Pro League Finals?

• NORA-Rengo (Japan): Known for their spectacular playstyle, Merieux and his teammates will be looking to qualify for the competition in their home-country, Japan. The departure of Ramu recently may be a big loss for the team, but their experience in LAN events are an undeniable advantage.

• Fnatic (Australia): The Australian juggernaut is undoubtedly one of the competition favorites, making it to every international LAN event so far under the Fnatic belt. They will be aiming to do so again through the Season X APAC LAN Finals.

• Wildcard (Australia): Formed by the Orgless roster, the Australian underdog showed impressive performances this season, consistently sitting near the top. With experienced players on the team like NeophyteR, this team shouldn’t be underestimated.

• Xavier Esports (Southeast Asia): Hailing from Thailand, this young group of players have shown remarkable consistency since the Season VIII APAC Finals in Tokyo.. Their recent showing in Pro League has proven that they have become a force to be reckoned with in the APAC region.

• Aerowolf (Southeast Asia): The Singaporean roster was the first team making its mark internationally at the inaugural Six Invitational 2017. They are still looking to qualify for their first Pro League Finals.

• Cloud9 (South Korea): They put up strong performances this season, finishing first seed in the South-Korean region. At an international level, they have proved to be contenders in APAC, qualifying for several global events.

• Trippy (South Korea): The 2nd seed of the region will start its first APAC LAN Finals with the ambition to earn a spot for the Pro League Finals. They will be aiming to build on their momentum of the Season X online league.
