No. While the Discovery Tour Ancient Greece, the Discovery Tour Ancient Egypt and/or the Discovery Tour Viking age are free for all owners of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Assassin’s Creed Origins and/or Assassin’s Creed Valhalla they are also available in a purchasable PC stand-alone version.
