You may cancel your subscription at any time, and for any reason, by visiting “My Account” at https://store.ubi.com and following the instructions to cancel your subscription. You will not receive a refund, but after cancellation you can still enjoy full access to all then-current Rocksmith+ services, until the end of the billing cycle. After that billing cycle ends, you will no longer have access to the Rocksmith+ Services, including without limitation, any arrangements you submitted via the Rocksmith Workshop.
Please note that partial refunds for Rocksmith+ subscriptions are available in select countries within certain time periods, as listed below. The partial refund will take into account the number of days your subscription was active for prior to the refund request being submitted.
Your refund request will only be processed if it is submitted within the relevant withdrawal period from your order's confirmation date. The duration of the withdrawal period depends on your country of residence.

If your country is not listed above, this means your Rocksmith+ subscription is non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription to avoid any further charges from the end of your current billing period. Please note that other statutory rights for refund may apply, including your legal right to ask for a refund in the event of a faulty product or product not conforming with the description. When you request a refund, it will be made to the payment method you used in your original order. To request a refund, please fill out the withdrawal form. After submitting the request, an on-screen notification will let you know whether it has been successful. If the request is successful, your Rocksmith+ access will be cancelled immediately. If the request is denied, you will still be able to cancel your subscription to avoid further charges.
Your refund request and the relevant withdrawal period may be affected by:
- Resubscribing to Rocksmith+
- If you resubscribe to the service, the withdrawal period will re-start on the first day your new subscription becomes active.
- An existing subscription cancellation request
- You can request a refund even if you currently have an in-progress subscription cancellation request.
- Taking part in a Free Trial
- If you request a refund during the Free Trial, your subscription will be cancelled but you will not receive a refund, as the trial is free of charge.
- Suspended subscription due to payment failure
- You will be able to request a refund if your subscription has been suspended due to a payment failure, but you will not receive a refund as the payment has not been successfully processed.
