Operation Silent Descent: Season Content Release

Operation Silent Descent kicks off a new season in Rainbow Six Mobile, introducing a new Operator, limited-time modes, seasonal events, and fresh progression. Players can jump into new ways to play, earn exclusive rewards, and continue climbing Ranked throughout the season.

NEW OPERATOR – WAMAI

Wamai joins the defender lineup with Mag-NET, a throwable sticky electromagnet built to shut down incoming threats before they land. Once deployed, Mag-NET intercepts and attracts nearby projectiles to its location before detonating them, turning enemy utility against itself. Wamai's kit rewards a measured, hold-your-ground playstyle: his mid-range rifle hits hard with steady handling for controlled engagements, while his pistol trades fire rate for stopping power, favoring deliberate, well-placed shots over spraying and praying. With Wamai on the field, defenders gain a powerful answer to grenade spam and thrown Gadgets, forcing attackers to rethink their approach or lose their tools before they ever get to use them.

LIMITED-TIME MODES

Operation Silent Descent features a set of game modes that highlight the season's new content while offering different ways to squad up and compete.

Wamai Showcase – Week 1

Try out Wamai and complete challenges to unlock rewards! Wamai joins the fight in this 3v3 take on the Bomb game mode, set on Border and House, where his Mag-NET takes center stage. Use it to attract and destroy throwable Gadgets and projectiles, and pair up with Anti-Gadget Operators like Mute and Bandit to protect reinforcements and funnel enemies straight into your kill box. One thing to watch for: bolts fired from Capitão's Tactical Crossbow move too fast for Mag-NET's pull, so don't let your guard down.

Cipher Protocol – Weeks 2 & 3

Something is stirring beneath the surface, and it isn't human. Whispers of a rebellion, mega-corporations closing ranks, and a new kind of conflict brewing where the lines between soulful and soulless blur. Details are being kept under wraps for now. Stay tuned, full coverage is coming soon.

Full Deployment – Week 4

All Operators are available for free in this limited-time event! Every locked Operator in the Shop is unlocked for the duration, giving you full freedom to experiment with them. Curious how a certain Operator plays before committing to buy them? Now's your chance to find out with zero risk. Jump into standard Bomb rules across a wide rotation of maps, including Bank, Border, Clubhouse, Oregon, Summit, and Villa, attackers racing to defuse before time runs out, defenders holding the line to stop them, and discover new favorites, rethink your main pool, or simply enjoy the full roster without limitations.
Each game mode also comes with its own dedicated event, offering more challenges and rewards when you jump in.

BATTLE PASS

Operation Silent Descent introduces a new Battle Pass, packed with unlockable cosmetics, progression rewards, and an instant unlock of Wamai. From weapon skins to Operator gear, each tier brings something new to work toward, letting you shape your loadout to match the season's tone from the very first match. Whether you're chasing a single standout reward or aiming to complete the full track, there's plenty to earn as you climb through the tiers and make Operation Silent Descent your own.

LIMITED-TIME EVENTS

Alongside events tied directly to the season's game modes, Operation Silent Descent also introduces additional objectives and rewards to pursue throughout the season, offering more ways to progress and collect cosmetics.

Mining Madness – Weeks 3 & 4

Mining Madness returns, offering players a chance to earn additional Obsidian through challenges for Ranked mode. Complete the event's objectives to stack up Obsidian over time, giving you more flexibility to spend on Vault packs when they're live, seasonal cosmetics, or whatever catches your eye in the Shop.

RANKED SEASON CONTINUES

The Ranked season pushes forward, giving players another opportunity to climb the ladder, refine their skills, and continue progressing toward the Frost skin. Every match counts as the competition intensifies, and with the season's new Operator, adapting your strategy has never mattered more. Keep grinding, keep climbing, and make sure Frost ends up in your locker before the season closes out.
