Warrior's Den Recap - Y10S2 TU1

Welcome to our Year 10 Season 2 reveal! Join us for UNLEASHED, launching on June 11.

We meet again, always hungry for the Battlefield! We presented the updates planned for our Season 2 during our last Warrior’s Den and if you missed it or want to simply reminisce, you will be able to read through this quick summary of all the amazing content that will be available through our S2 TU1.

Y10S2: UNLEASHED

As foretold by The Scorching Herald’s tales, The Khatun’s peace was not infallible and rebellion is growing. This season’s title update 1 follows the Myre’s unrest, where Empress Ayu has fallen and left the land in a state of lawlessness. Ceasing this opportunity, the Dokuja’s House decided to seal an alliance with the Khatuns to dominate the other clans, becoming the new seat of power in the Myre.

The House leaders agreed to pay the Khatun price for their support: Saburo, their executioner, was lured into a trap and executed. Or so they thought.

New Hero Skin: The Oni’s Wrath

In collaboration with Dead by Daylight, The Oni’s Wrath is a Hero Skin that turns your Sohei warrior into a relentless, monstrous executioner. Dominate the battlefield with terrifying style and let your enemies witness true fury.

The Oni’s Wrath Hero skin will be available as a standalone Hero Skin and there will be two new bundles with additional content available:

• The Oni’s Hunt bundle: Includes the Oni’s Wrath Hero Skin, the Execution The Oni’s Craving, the emote Bloodcurdling Scream, the Effect Blood Aura with the Mythic Outfit Bloody Rage, all unlocked for all heroes. This bundle contains also 3 scavenger crates and 7 days of Champion Status.

• The Oni’s Hunt Deluxe Bundle: Includes all content of the Oni’s Hunt bundle and adds the Sohei Hero, the Elite Outfit Sohei's Camaraderie and the exclusive Ornament Crescent Duality for Sohei, as well as an additional 3 scavenger crates and 7 days of Champion status.

The execution, the Mythic Outfit with its effect and the emote included in the bundles are unlocked for every hero you own. Present or future.

Sohei will also be free to play for a full week, starting on June 11th, with the Hero Trials.

Battle Pass & Legacy Pass

The Battle Pass leans towards the new aesthetic inspired by our Season narrative and The Oni’s Wrath Hero Skin: break free from your chains and unleash your inner demons against your foes with terrifying Battle Outfits: Uncaged Madness and Uncaged Animosity. The Mood FX Uncaged Beast and Uncaged Demon will also be available with the Uncaged Turmoil Ornament, along with the Uncaged Set of weapons. The flashy execution Hyper Ultra Combo Kick will be up for grabs too!

We also saw how much you appreciated the new kind of traversal emotes, so we worked on a new one! Now allowing you to roam around the battlefield with spiced attitude, showing off how cool your Hero is with the traversal emote Thug Life.

Releasing at the same time, the Legacy Pass will bring back content from Y6S2 and the artifacts from a now-collapsed great civilization that prospered in the desert. All Cursed content from the legacy pass (Cursed weapon set, Cursed Desert & Cursed Temple battle outfits, execution, signature and more) will be available and retrofitted for newer Heroes.

To follow on our new model of Battle bundle, this Season 2 Battle Bundle will include the Battle Pass, the Legacy Pass as well as the Raider Hero Skin: Bolthorn the Cursed. This bundle also unlocks 25 Tiers, a 20% bonus in Battle Points and Event Pass Points earned through completed matches, and more!

Survivors of the Fog is making Heathmoor shiver again:

Get ready and muster all the courage you have, you’ll need it if you wish to escape the trapper once more in this time-limited throwback event, available from June 11th to July 2nd!

During this throwback event only, you’ll be able to play the Survivors of the Fog game mode in a spooky environment, based on Dead by Daylight. It’s a 4v4 PVP game mode without minions. Instead of minions, the Trapper roams the map looking to prey on the heroes. Two teams will compete for capture points and killing the Trapper earns you hard points. Reach 1000 points to break the opposing team but beware, the trapper is even deadlier than he is scary…

The Free Event Pass

The number of Event Pass points earned for each game mode matches has been reworked to help you clear the free even pass faster. The daily orders have also been reworked: previously only the daily orders linked to the event game mode allowed to earn event pass points but that has been reworked. Now the daily orders in other game modes will also reward event pass points! This means more chances to loot cool free items!

Survivors of the Fog will run from June 11th to July 2nd. Play the Event to have a chance to claim the Elite Outfit Mask of Carnage, the Mood FX Mask of the Oni or the Ornament Demonic Mask! The temporary Event Leaderboard is also coming back for this event: will you escape enough Trappers to make it to the top 10?

The exclusive content that will be available throughout the event is inspired by our partnership with Dead by Daylight and is especially fitting with our newest Sohei Hero Skin: The Oni’s Wrath.

Hero Fests

Hero Fests will run for a week, offering a unique execution and an extra XP bonus for each of the Heroes below:

• Nuxia, July 2nd
• Valkyrie, July 9th
• Kensei, July 16th

Armor Variations

This season’s armor variations will add new customization possibilities to our Viking Heroes. They have been designed to have this typical rugged style with added engravings, layered materials and worn patterns that represents so well the deep battle-hardened look of the Vikings.

Balancing

The latest balancing article will be made available at the launch of the Season on June 11th and will give details on the full balancing changes. Below is a very quick summary of some of the changes planned:

• Anti-Gank rework with damage scaling adjustments
• Rework of Ocelotl, Juren, Pirate and Tiandi

Triple Threat circuit is back!

The first tournament will be a 4V4 Dominion tournament in June to start the competition with a blast.

Summer Dominion Open Qualifier 3: June 27th, 2026

Summer Dominion Open Qualifier 4: June 28th, 2026

The second tournament will take place during S3 and will be a 1V1, and we will finish the series at the end of the Year with a second 4V4 Dominion tournament. Form your teams, register to the tournament and shine bright to forge your Legacy! You can also join the official For Honor tournament Discord for news and to help build your team.

Amid all the mighty warriors fighting in the circuit, we have implemented circuit points again to track who the top player of year 10 will be tracking who the MVP of points of our Y10 circuit is: if you want to participate, please make sure you do not change your username during the competitive season (from June to February). If you change it, this will automatically disqualify you from the point tracking for this full competitive season.

Open Qualifiers and closed qualifiers will be broadcasted on the Discord dojo Twitch channel. The series final will be broadcasted on the ForHonorGame Twitch channel.
