MIT professor Bill Aulet on Entrepreneurship

With the French release of his latest book, Disciplined Entrepreneurship, Ubisoft invited MIT professor Bill Aulet to participate in a roundtable discussion at Station F, together with Rémi Rousseau, CEO of Mimesys,

Bill Aulet is the managing director of the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship at MIT and Professor of the Practice at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to joining MIT, Bill had a 25 year track record of success in business himself. He has directly raised more than $100 million in funding for his companies and more importantly has led to the creation of hundreds of millions of dollars in market value in those companies.

Disciplined Entrepreneurship offers a real-world, practical, and immediately employable road map for those engaged in creating brand new, innovation-driven enterprises. The 24 steps address six key themes: Who is your customer? What can you do for them? How do they acquire your product? How do you make money off your product? How do you design and build your product? And how do you scale?
